end of week 5
I'm 22 years old, 6'2 (height) started at 186 lbs now at 193 started at 12 percent bf now at 11 percent bf . Left and right bicep were 14 inches now 15.left and right forearm where 12 1/2 now 13 1/2. Waist was 34 now I'm 33. Chest was 42 now I'm 43. My left and right thigh were 23 1/2 now they are 25 1/2. I'm really liking my results so far!!

Sounds pretty good to me, but if you really want to gain serious musclesize you've got to sacrifice a little fat gain, and up the calories so your body can really shoot upwards
Really good results das far tho

This is my meal plan. Pls tell me your opinion to help me out. Meal 1 6 egg whites/ one whole egg/ I cup of oatmeal(730 am). Meal 2 tuna sandwich/ banana (930 am). Meal 3 1/2 a cup of rice (not cooked) any meat. Chicken, stake, fish ect... (1130 am). Meal 4 tuna sandwich / 2 scoops of whey protein/ yogurt (2 pm). Meal 5 4 tbsp of peanut butter/ 1 cup of oatmeal (4 pm). Meal 6 1/2 cup of rice (not cooked) any meat ( chicken stake, fish ect... Work out 8pm to 930pm. Meal 7 3 scoops of whey protein / banana

Did u kick start that cycle? or Frontload? I have never cycled but was always under the impression test took at least 5 weeks to kick in unless it was short estered

I can't spread it out I'm at work on my cell phone ( black berry).lol. And no I never frontloaded and yea I did hear that it does take 4 to 5 weeks to feel it. But I started feeling it on the third week. And I'm taking test enathate 300 mg a week. And I'm going to take it for 12.

If his diet is in check I bet he makes as good of gains on 300mgs as most guys do at 500mgs.

I want to stay away from 500 mg I'm seeing good results with 300 with barely to none of the side effect. And with 500 ill get more sides

i have no sides but i have letro in hand for i can avoid any water retention acne gyno ect.... i want to know when should i start taking it . and i was planning on taking .25 mg eod ( monday , wesnday, friday ect....) and i have a bottle of 30 mg. and would it last me for the rest of the 7 weeks of cycle. any feed back would be great thanks!!

End of week 6
At the end of week 5 I was 193 in weight now I'm 195. I was 15 inches in my right and left biceps now am 15 1/2 on both. My right and left forearm were 13 1/2 now they are 14 inch.My chest was 43inch now 43 1/2. My right and left thigh stayed the same at 25 1/2 ( still grew 2 inches in 6 weeks I'm happy! ) And my waist was at 33inch now I'm at 32 1/2 inch. I'm also loving the strength that I'm getting . My strength has on up on every exercise .I'm still haven't seen barely any sides!! ( If anything a few pimples on my back only 2 or 3)No water retention and no gyno. Am loving it!! And I'm going to see if I put some before and after pics for you guys can judge for yourselfs and tell me what I need to work on! Hopefully this weekend.

exactly you have the right thinking alex im doing 400mg test e for 10 on march 1st because im dieting sown now.I should easily gain 20lbs because my diet is good and im training 7 times a week with 3 times cardio but they dont count as a workout day.And im taking in 3,000 cals if i can fit that in my stomach OMG its so hard to eat that much at my weight.

Yea I feel you . I'm not used to eating so much. And some days I'm finding myself forcing my food down! Well its all worth it in the end though. It all about sacrifice!! And thanks run_in_ fool. I appreciate it!

Thanks a lot guys!!that gives me a lot of motivation to work even harder!! And amcon thanks for the advice ill put more steak or a full cup of oat in my diet. ill post more of my results soon. (Strength, weight , measurements, ect...) Thanks again!

the end of week 7
First off for some weird reason I wasn't able to upload the pics last night. I don't know what it was maybe to big ill try again today. Anyways my right bicep is now at 16 inch and my left is 15 1/2 (left stayed the same : ( ) My right forearm and left are at 14 inches now. My chest is now 44 inches. Waist back at 33 inch ( I have been eating like a beast!!!) My right and left thigh are at 26 inches now. And my weight is now at 200 lbs!!!! FINALLY I HIT THE 200 MARK!!!! Last night I macked out at 275 2 reps!! ( No help) I think I could of done more!!(Reps and weight but didn't want to over do it)

macros is short for macronutrients kind of a no brainer but there how many carbs,fats,proteins,calories you take in per day.
