Cycles Done (Before and After With Pics)

Test 500mgs/Week
Proviron 25Mgs/Day
Arimiplex 12.5mgs/Day
Winny (Last Six weeks) 80Mgs/Day
Masteron (Last 3 weeks) 300Mgs/Week
T3 (First 5 weeks) up to 120Mcg/Day
Before:
180lbs.
After Cycle: (Before Carbing UP)
After Cycle: (After 250grams of Carbs)
Stats Before 175Lbs (BF around 25%)
Stats After 173 (at 15%?)
Total Gain 15lbs of Lean Muscle and I am guessing about 10 percent fat loss in 20 weeks.

Seems to me you are a little bit under 15, maybe 13-14% ish.

awesome job. definitly noticable body fat loss.
id say your body fat is still up in the mid teens. 15 or so. hard to tell from so far away
but damn. you look like you have pecs now instead of tits

and do you state that you ran 300mgs a DAY of Mast???????
is that correct?

No My bad, 300Mgs a week. divided into Sat and thursday shots. 150mgs each.

I want to make it to under 10 percent BF. I still have a very long way to go.
I will add some Clen in PCT and will keep doing cardio 1hr on an empty Stomach.
I will Bump up cardio by 20 minutes every 3 to 4 weeks (up to 2 hours)
I will keep following a low carb diet with a high Carb Day once a week to boost my Metabolism.
In about a month or two I will do ECA.

Looking a little better now. Last test shot was about 4 weeks ago. Finished up my HCG this morning.(5000IU total in 2 weeks) I feel great!!
Pants size is down to 28".
Doing cardio 6 days a week for 1hr and weight trainning 3 to 4.
Right now I will do Proviron and NOlvadex along with Aromasin for two more weeks.

The points of my diet is to keep it super Low carb. Under 100Grams for the longest you can. I can do it just fine.
I am too lazy to do macros right now but I always kept it under 1800 caloies a day.
Somewhere around
250 to 270 grams of Protein.
100 Grams of Carbs.
50 to 60 Grams of fat.
Breakfast:
1 cup of Fiber one.
Half cup of Oatmeal
1 scoop of Whey Protein.
Snack:
1 scoop of Whey.
Lunch:
Either Low carb Bread, Low carb Wrap, of anything under 15 grams of Carbs.
About 40 grams of Protein worth of Turkey.
Crystal Light.
Snack:
A can of tuna.
Dinner:
Lean Cut stake (170Grams)
Veggetables.
Before Bed:
1 scoop of Casein Protein.
1 tablespoon of Peanut BUtter.
I would always end up with about 1800 calories, 250P, 100C, 50F.
Absolutelly:
-NO Diet Sodas.
-NO Dairy.
-NO Butter or condiments.
-No ICE creams of Any sugar Whatsoever.
-Cardio 1 hr every single Morning. (6 days a week)
- Watch your body change.

But i think it's time you should bulk yourself up, if that's what you want, and at the same time, lose more bodyfat constantly till you reach your goal. Try increasin your protein intake. Keep your carbs stable. The way i see it, you can still increase, but not to a great extent, your carbo intake per day. Trial & error, bro..u adjust to the right amount. Deca & Primo would help in a Lean-bulkin phase.

I am down to 155lbs! deffinetly around 10 to 12 percent BF now. First week of the ECA stack and I lost 4 lbs? Is that possible? Does the ECA have any Diuretic effects? I am losing too much weight. I am going to start eating about 300grams of Protein this week and see how this week ends up. Next sunday I should be around 153lbs. My goal is to be jacked at 145lbs. I am talking 5 percent BF.

Up your calories in carb's on the same diet and you'll add some more lean mass. For so much cardio your just going to be burning that protein off. You should be carbing up Pre workout about 30-60g's and post workout to keep your protein safe from burning off.
Forgot to say heaps good work though so far!

So it could go like this,
Workout days, 60Grams for Breakfast, 50grams Prew/o and 50 Grams Postw/o. 150grams Total.
Nonworkout Days, 60grams for breakfast.
I will also carb up with about 400grams of carbs once a week.
Sounds good?

Yeh your diet non sessions days seems fine for your goals. Just the pre workout carbs and post workout are needed for your body to burn as it metabolizes etc. Other wise it converts proteins into energy rather than carbs and fats. Try it for a while and you will notice the dif. On cardio days empty stomach vs full is debatable in terms of more fat burn etc, but i find that empty stomach high intensity cardio works for me in terms of keeping bf down. Rather than longer lower intesity cardio after eating.
Your diet looks good the 60g's breakfast vs the 150g's workout day. Best to get pure carbs though, or whole weat carbs not glucose or sucrose carbs. Looking good though so far.
