test - e kiwi
hey i just joined up im from new zealand im 22 been going to the gym for 3-4 years now started off at 60kg now around 83-4 most of that being put on in the last 2 years
done creatine prohormones etc b4 but now doing a real cycle
about 3 weeks into it at the moment
cycle is 12 weeks test e at 400mg a week split into two doses on sunday and wednesday
nolva for pct
eating quite a bit
can post pics and diet up if anyones interested

Welcome and good luck. I would prefer more in my pct like some clomid. But it looks decent

ok no ones interested ? but ill post anyway coz im bored
diet today :
7am protein shake-double serve+5g glutamine, 1 cup of oats with milk, banana
10am: 200g chicken, 1 1/2 cups brown rice, nectarine
12pm: 300g steak, 1 1/2 cups brown rice, apple
3pm: 200g chicken, cup of brown rice, peach
4:45pm-5:45: training, straight after - cellmass followed by double serve of protein shake+5g glutamine
7pm: 250g chicken, cup of green veges, cup of rice
10pm: 250g steak and cup of rice
10:30pm: 5g glutamine before bed.
diet looks good but still struggling with a decent sized breakfast

upright rows

felt better after this.
shoulder lev weight is up 20kgs on last week was doing sets of 90x6 and struggling so thats a big jump

just a wee update put on around 16 pounds so far strength has gone up nicely, just added some dbol in to the cycle so hopefully that will crank things up a notch

how come you are adding the dbol now? and not at the start

a mate has just passed my some dbol for free so using it for 4 weeks seeing what its like, strength going up for sure, squatting 170 for reps now ill record workout 2mo
