My lab results after 1 year on Test
Here are my results after 1 year on AAS:
Triglycride 83mg/dl
HDL 24mg/dl (normal is above 40)
LDL 125 mg/dl (normal is under 100)
AST (SGOT) 90iu/l High
ALT (SGPT) 94 iu/l High
My Dr. wants me to get off.
I was planning to stay on till next December. Total of 20 months. Not sure what to do now.
Any thoughts?

Those numbers would scare me straight if they were mine, especially the livers values, those are way high. 20 months on crosses the line from use to abuse in my book. Not trying to be judgemental but I dont see the risk/reward being anywhere near worth it.

what were your doses for that time frame>
and are you still on now?

My doses changed for the past year, from 350 mg Test P/week over 5 months, then 500 Test E/week up to 600 mg Test E now, with 280 mg Tren A/week on for 6 weeks and off for 8 weeks, did the Tren 2 cycles so far.
My doses aren't high, it just the period, I started in Feb 2008.
Yes I am on now.

I'd prepare your body to come off.

What dose are you currently running??? I'd lower it to around 200mg a wk for a few weeks so you don't crash and utilize HCG to get the boys back up and running. I'd do prop at 200mg a week so you can avoid the downs you experience from long esters and those lingering androgens that don't clear the body fast enough before you drop the test completely. Look into the different protocols of HCG. 250iu eod, 500iu e3d, and even 100iu ed and just see what sounds best for you.
I'd utilize torem, clomid, and aromasin during the PCT phase. Look here: Pheedno's PCT
And you'll see why I believe two SERMs may be beneficial in your recovery. Just my suggestions and you know I'm no expert or claim to be it just makes sense in my mind as I'll be doing the say thing in September (coming off).....
Maybe look into some peptides to help keep gains.....
Just my .02 cents I hope I helped

I appreciate your help Reed.
Im planning on gettin' off Test E in one shot. Im on 600 mg/week. took my last shot 2 days ago, will start the following PCT in 10-12 days:
Weeks 1-6: HCG @ 1000IU every 4th day
Weeks 1-6: Clomid starting with 300 mg/day reduced gradually to 50 mg/day
And 10 mg Nolvadex ED.
currently Im 228 lbs, 9-10% BF. I'd be happy to stay around 210-215 when its all over.

wow, i didnt know you could go on for that long:
i have a few questions if you are ok answering...
where was your bf to start?
how much weight did you gain?
did your results fade away or platue?
get that live cleaned out bro, i told my wife (she works with that stuff) and said the numbers you had liver and ldl, were a worry to her
keep us informed...
-
The numbers aren't so bad, liitle alarming but nothing horrible.
Started at 14-15% 205 lbs.
My best was 231 lbs at 10-11% Bf
the lowest was 8-9% I believe and 225 lbs I think, check my threads in the pictures forum. I have few in the past year.
Results are solid so far, I could have gained more but I encountered few injuries that kept me off for few weeks.

i gained 30ish lbs with anadrol and sust, over 14 weeks... with half of the pct i should have used - kept 18 lbs... so what would be the benifit of test for so long?
wife is a nutrition expert... she was worried bro - suggested = milk thisel and dandiline extract, and sawpemento and needle root... thanks for the info keep it coming - this is a big help for all of us
-
The benefit is that I gained over 40lbs of muscle my friend.
Thanx to your wife for her input, I've been using milk thistle. and like Isaid the results arent so bad, I've had worse before.
Not to mention that my GF is a Med student, she is only concerned about the HDL, the liver values are some what high but not risky.
LDL isn't that bad, but HDL is way too low. It used to be 184 which my doctor didn't believe how good it was, that he asked me for the diet that made it as such.
