feel stronger, look fatter, but numbers seem improved?

im about to start week 5 of omnadren /deca cycle (250mg deca/500mg omna) and i feel stronger, and im up about 22 pounds but i also feel much more bloated and fatty..however when i had my bodyfat taken it went from 20% to 16.7%..and i feel as if that measurement is inaccurate based on appearance..it was a 3 fold caliper test that originally measured 15.7% bodyfat but he said to add 1% because he could have pinched slightly harder on the stomache..i look in the mirror and besides facial bloat i feel as if i look the same but the numbers say different..does anyone else experience this?

Are you saying they only calipered 3 sites on you?

yes thats how my gmy does it..they use the side of the chest, the stomache, and the quad

Really should be using a 9 site for a better gauge of whats going on. If you are bloated the excess water is going to register as muscle and might be the reason your comp came out better.

alright, because the last thing i want is false hope especially when i dont see myself that way yet lol, thanks for the input
