a little over 2000kcal; medium carb, high protein, medium fat
oats, dark rice, tuna, fish, chicken breast, veggies, flax oil, eggs, glucose pwo, protein shakes 3times
5liters of liquid
Workout:
5 p. week each muscle group/5 p week cardio
Goal:
Cut Bodyfat to noticable abs; build lean muscle mass
