    First Cycle: Clomid only cycle

    Im 20 years old and had planned on doing a test/deca for a 1st cycle

    but since my genes are very prone to male pattern baldness
    (my dad being bald at 30)
    instead I will attempt the seldom attempted and unrecorded

    CLOMID ONLY cycle
    50 mg ED for a month

    I do expect some steady gains from this, but nothing very drastic.

    a diet plan and before pictures will be posted soon

    Any comments or suggestions?

    It may be a S E R M hormone but its also known for raising natural testosterone level.

    Yes, it is used during PCT to get your natural test back up and running

    it will NOT raise your test levels to a point that would be good for bodybuilding, but hey, its your body, you know better than us

    enjoy the side effects !!!

    there are other BETTER test boosters with LESS side effects out there but hey, I have only been doing this for 30+ years, what do I know

    OK all jokes and flames aside.

    no, i wouldn't recommend steroids for you right now, unless you have had blood work done to determine that your test levels are low, I would FIRST look at your eating habits

    if you would post up what you intake in a typical day and with times you eat , that is where you can make the biggest impact on how you grow.

    at your age, you should still have MORE than enough hormones running through your body and there is NO need in shutting that off and risking not getting them back up to their normal levels yet.

    I dont know the calorie count and such but i do know that
    I eat 5 to 6 meals a day consisting of rice, meat (usually chicken, cow, tuna), vegetable and egg.
    before sleeping i drink milk and eat oats.

    thanks T-mos I will consider taking a blood test before deciding whether or not to engage in the juice.

    Im frustrated because I've been hitting on and off the gym for 6 years now with very small gains.

    I agree, it is normally used during PCT the reason being that it indirectly restores and boosts natural testosterone level.

    there is no recorded attempt regarding its usage during a cycle and that is why I would like to experiment and find out for myself. The mild side effects hopefully wouldnt bother me.

    I am not a hardcore body builder like most of you so I am satisfied with a slight increase in natural testosterone.

    ok, well tomorrow or today, write down all your meals even without caloires it will give us an idea of what needs changed.

    try to get an idea of at least amounts like one chicken breast or a 12 oz steak or 4 eggs or whatever it is

    the above statement alone is reason for not good gains. you don't have to be a hardcore lifter to see good gains, with CONSISTENT training for 6 years !

    a month here and a month there of not training will hold you back more than anything

    body building, or body sculpting is a Marathon NOT a sprint, there is not quick fix even for us hardcore guys that do cylces. we don't stop, we don't go on and off,

    althought boosting test is always good, it is NOT your problem, it is your training and diet

    which are easy fixes if you can dedicate yourself to your goals

    for frist cycle it would be test only but like above said ur still too young mate just diet differantly u really wouldnt believe the results!

    if you want slight gains go with no2 creatine and protein. maybe throw some tribulus in there if you want a slight test boost. Ur body is ready to grow by itself at 20. Perfect ur Diet and training, you will see great gains without drugs from that.

    i highly agree T-mos.

    however for the past 2 years i have been consistent with my training and my diet. No meal plans however because I love to eat different variations of food everyday. Im still young afterall and I wouldnt want to limit my taste buds.

    I will try to put one up though as a resolution.

    I dont think my natural testosterone would be in jeopardy if i intake clomid because nothing shuts down unlike the intake of external synthetic testosterone

    No you dont need to worry about that, but you should worry about this.

    "Serum total estrogen, however, was elevated in all; the significance of this high circulating estrogen in relation to gonadal dysfunction in uremia is not clear at the present time.     But either way, its not gonna raise your Test high enough to see any signifigant muscle gain at 50mgs ED for 4 weeks.

    Sounds like a stupid idea. Sorry to be harsh, but thats what it is. Totally pointless and just generally a waste of time, not to mention the possiblity of you doing other dumb ideas because nothing bad happend to you, this time!
