Estimated Meal plan (i live in Asia so we eat alot of rice and egg)
7am:
Protein shake
Milk and Oats
eggs
8/9am:
brown rice
1/4oz beef and egg
fruit/ veggies
12pm
brown rice, eggs, lean meat, veggies
pre workout meal(an hour before workout)
rice, eggs, lean meat fruit/veggies
after workout
protein shake and another rice, eggs, lean meat, fruit/ veggies meal
dinner:
Rice, eggs, lean meat, fruit/ veggies
and some chocolate dessert
before sleeping:
Some broth then Milk n Oats
Cycle:
week 1 - 6 EQ 250/250/500/500/500/500
week 1 - 8 Test Cypionate 300 mg
week 9 - 10 none/ nolva
week 11 - 13 PCT
I've decided to put the dosage of test at a low since Im only 21 and I dont want the nasty sides
