First Cycle: Cypionate and EQ only
I've decided to scrap the clomid only cycle.
Age: 21
height: 5 8
weight: 140
bodyfat%: 10%
training: 5 times a week (m, t, w, f, s), 2 years consistent training
goals: Steady Quality bulk up
Estimated Meal plan (i live in Asia so we eat alot of rice and egg)
7am:
Protein shake
Milk and Oats
eggs
8/9am:
brown rice
1/4oz beef and egg
fruit/ veggies
12pm
brown rice, eggs, lean meat, veggies
pre workout meal(an hour before workout)
rice, eggs, lean meat fruit/veggies
after workout
protein shake and another rice, eggs, lean meat, fruit/ veggies meal
dinner:
Rice, eggs, lean meat, fruit/ veggies
and some chocolate dessert
before sleeping:
Some broth then Milk n Oats
Cycle:
week 1 - 6 EQ 250/250/500/500/500/500
week 1 - 8 Test Cypionate 300 mg
week 9 - 10 none/ nolva
week 11 - 13 PCT
I've decided to put the dosage of test at a low since Im only 21 and I dont want the nasty sides
PCT:
Clomid 100/50/50/25 nolva 40/20/20/10 (thanks lovex)
Proviron ???

Why can't you do things correctly? I don't get it?
You know you are TOO young first of all, but that aside, What are your goals for this cycle?
at 5'8" and ONLY 140 lbs, your diet isn't that great for growth. You should be able to put on another 20-30 lbs BEFORE ever needing steroids
If you can't gain to your natural potential, chances are you will NOT keep most of your gains after the cycle. I have seen this OVER and OVER on here all the time
IF you insist on doing this cycle, DROP the EQ, you do NOT need more than ONE compound for your first cycle !! How will you know what is doing what to your body, both good and bad???
Test Cyp needs to be injected every 3.5 days, NOT once a week !!!
PCT would start 18 days after last Test Cyp shot
IF you insist on NOT LISTENING to the advice given here, then the EQ should be stopped one week before the test

Ok there is too many things to say here. Age is not a factor here it is PHYSICAL maturity. As already stated there are a lot of natural gains to be had here. 2 scrambled eggs in the morning? lol Try 8-10 egg whites and does your 1/4 beef and egg mean .25oz of beef and egg? Dude no offense but start eating. If youve been training for 2 years consistently and are at 140 there is an issue unless you started at 115. In my first 2 years of real training from about 16-18 i went from 130-160 and that wasnt even on an efficient diet. I think there is a lot more for you outside of steroids . Patience is virtue...one that I unfortunately didnt have, trust me and wait until you are at your full growth potential before juicing.

there are so many things wrong with that cycle!! jeez..
that's going to be such a waste of the EQ. and your concept of PCT is messed..

yes i was 115 pounds 3 years ago, thanks to the diet Im steady @ 140- 150..
I'm in the rowing team in my university and we train almost every weekday (i go to gym after). in addition i have a pretty quick metabolism. those are the reasons why my weight is pretty low.
How do you prepare your egg whites? do you just drink it straight or cook it?
@ Tmos- i beg to disagree. I really think one injection per 7 days is okay for long esters like cypionate and EQ. buying more syringes and needles for 2 shots a week would be such a hassle if i could do it all safely in 1. i did my research

The only way I can get down all the egg whites is drinking them. If you mix them with chocolate protein powder and a little water it tastes just like chocolate milk. I think cooked egg whites are disgusting. You can still eat your eggs like normal, then drink 10 more egg whites.

drink egg whites!? yuck! i tried that before and it sucks.. i also heard you can get salmonela. i think ill stick with my scrambled eggs
Regarding EQ. I dont think it will be wasted.

Drink liquid egg whites (pasteurized), not raw egg whites. Use your head.
Liquid egg whites with whey = tastes like milk with whey

Really???, you don't want to inject the RIGHT way because it will be TOO much of a hassle for you to get more pins??? Ok, thats all I need to hear, good luck with your cycle, come back and tell us how great your 5-10 lb gain is
There is a difference between TRT dosing and injecting , and bodybuilding dosing and injecting. Has to deal with blood levels and active half lifes, but what do I know, you just go ahead and do your screwed up cycle, WHY do you even bother coming here for advice if you are gonna be pigheaded and just do it YOUR way anyawy???
you might as well go back and do you CLOMID ONLY cycle
