I My goals are to gain 5-12 pounds of LEAN muscle Mass. I don't want to blow up and get all puffy. I want it to be a slower gain. This my second cycle. I did one last year around this time of Deca 300/w and winny 30mg/ed. $hittiest cycle ever! dumb. I didn't do my research then.

I am following Texas Longhorns 2009 diet plan and workout plan that i will tweek a bit. I would like to see some peoples input to this. should I add another compound? should I get rid of the EQ and add something else? idk I want to stuff my head with as much info to help me reach my goals. Yes, I know i'm too young but Ive been the same weight for three years give ar take 5 pounds. I have been lifting since I was 13 and 2 years seriously. This is what I want to do.
