stats: 180 cm /87 kgm/bf 10%
am in third week in my hgh cycle
my goals is for bulk and stay in the same bf
am runing 4 ui 5 on 2 off for 20 weeks(2 ui in moring before 30 min first meal+2 ui before workout and after 1 hour from third meal)
i just begin AAS and slin this week and i really feel get a good results
slin for 3 on /3 off from 4 ui to 8-10 ui efter workout days
AAS:
1-6 50 mg anavar
1-12 500 boldenon
1-13 500 mg test enathate
6-12 tren a eod
nolva in hand
of course pct for 5 weeks
training 5 days a week and 3 days of cardio at 20 mins in morning
diet:eating 6 meals a day +1 pro shake at 3500 cal /40%pro/40%carb/20%fat all of it from clean and complex foods +2 cheat meals a week
my quistion is how can i add my thyroid t3 or t4? dose and time
and if there is anything worng am doing tell me pliz
i will update this thread and will weight this day and tell you how much weight i have add from 87kgm
