tell me what I'm doing wrong! - New - Pics
I'm 23 years old, 5''8, my weight is 170.
I don't know what's my bf% but I know I'm not over wieght!
this is my first cycle, 500mgs Testosterone Enanthate (for 12 weeks) Every week and 30mgs D-Bol ED (for 4 weeks)
Anyway I've been taking steroids for 6 weeks and things are not going good.
I bought my gears online. This is what I'm using:
When I started my cycle I was gaining some wieght, but things changed and got worst and I right now I'm only 168. The funny thing in the first 4 weeks I wasn't eating alot and I was doing well, but right now I'm stuffing my body with 6 meals (250 protein and 350 carbohydrate) and no results.
This is my daily chart shows everthing (my weight, if I work out or not - usually for 2 hours)
I don't feel that Testosterone Enanthate makes any difference. I don't lift more than I was lifting. But yes Inoticed some differences when I was taking d-bol. And the other thing is like when I got to the end of the first 4 weeks (d-bol cycle) I felt a light pain in my kidnys but that was only for 2 days and that wasn't very bad! But that was a sign that d-bol works
I'm in the middle of my cycle and I'm not satisfied. I was thinking to run d-bol for another 4 weeks but I'm not sure if that's right.

whats your diet and training look like? also dont run anymore dbol , your liver wont be too happy with you

well for one, your injection schedule SUCKS.....why are you doing it that way???
you are fluctuating your blood levels too much
it takes 4-6 weeks for test E to kick in so give it time and get the injection schedule CORRECTED
you should be injecting every 3.5 days !!!!!

First: stop using the gear. Cuz 1 of 2 things is going on here. 1. You have fake gear. 2. You have no idea what you are doing. With proper diet and training, you should be seeing gains even without anabolics. To be honest I think the gear is fake.

Im really confused right now, my diet is something like this 6 meals (250 g protein and 350 g carbohydrate) and I workout 3 days a week .
I don't know what to do right now, I'll go with this cycle for another week if I don't see changes I'll stop it.

recently I got bored because I don't see any changes.
You guys don't understand me, I don't feel i'm on steroids at all!
Actually I was able to run for 60 mins last year on the treadmill now I can't do 15 mins
When I was taking creatine I was lifting more ..

Not seeing any changes so you thought the best course of action was to stop lifting? Everyone hits sticking points, I think you need to start over at square one and get your diet, training and specific goals down before you even think about going down this road again.

Yeah you gotta get your dedication and training in order that is exactly what you are doing wrong..... Don't use the excuse that I wasn't seeing any changes so I got bored and quit.... What is your diet looking like......
The test looks real to me at least.... I don't think amps are faked that often as it would be more expensive to do such than just a vial
Also the injection schedule is completely and utterly awful. Your hormone levels are everywhere. You went from once a week, which would have been MUCH better than what you are doing now, to an injection one day then two days later another then wait 5 days or so to do another then went to back to back injections.
What are your goals with this cycle???
Show us your training split, with exercises performed, reps etc,.
List your diet, you got the carbs and protein what about the fats. I can eat carbs and protein all day long but without any fats I won't grow. Look into supplementing fish oil.....

Ok, I'll try to go 4 days every week to the gym for 2 hours? is that's enough?
Well, I eat some Fat like 90 g, and my protien shake has vitamins, I take myoplex delux : I take 2-3 every day.
Myoplex Deluxe provides:
53g three-stage precision release protein complex to support lean mass gains.
Over 12g glutamine, glutamine peptides, and glutamic acid to aid in muscle recovery and repair.
1g CLA to help optimize fat loss.
Whole grain carbohydrate sources to allow for stable energy levels.
This week I decided to increase the dosage to test if the testosterone works or not! So I injected myself 3 times with 250mg total 750mgs and I noticed some acne and temporary small gyno.
So I guess I'm a hardgainer and I will work harder in my diet and workout,

looks like you should add Beefabolan to your cycle. 40,000 mgs 4-6 times a day for about 6 months. That's what you need to gain weight.

WOW there is so much wrong here..... will get back to you shortly. You shouldn't even be running any gear cause I wouldn't have thought you worked out.... and I'm not trying to be smartass either....
I see the exact problem and you haven't learned the basics of training and dieting, thats why the results suck... will help in a few..... if you can list what you do each time you go to the gym...

First off, why in the world are you in the gym for 2 hours with those routines? Second, why are you doing 3 sets of 3 reps for every exercise? Third, you have got to be over 6' tall to look like that at 172. You need to stop AAS, pct properly, then start doing some research. Your routine is terrible. I agree that you lack dedication by only going to the gym 3x/week.

Because I love the gym And the only reason why I don't go everyday is bc I'm busy with my Fu.... college.
Anyway Usually I do 2 workouts everyday.
why are you doing 3 sets of 3 reps for every exercise? I've no idea! I'm following this schedule. And to be honest with you Usually, I go to the gym and do all the workouts that I know how to do them correctly . it's like 5-6 workouts!Last edited by Beefabolan; 04-13-2009 at 08:07 PM.

you should have a good base to start with before you started ,,diet ,,,,spend some time in the gym ...start with the basics learn and move on from there

1. your injections timimg is wrong but still test must kick in your body after 5 weeks...
2. Dbol should give u Water weight ...it seems it didnt gave(which must be fake)
3. did u feel any schrinking testicles....if u didnt feel..STOP IT now..
Unfortunately u have a FAKE AAS.

Right now with my fake gear I can lift 225 lb

There is so much wrong with your routine that I don't even know where to begin. You need to stay far away from steroids until you get a solid workout and learn proper diet.

i'd highly recommend hiring a personal trainer to put you on the right track, you're training like every muscle group 1-2 times a week which is off the charts bad, you need to be in the gym NO LESS then 4 days a week 5-6 preferrably and focusing on 1 or 2 muscle groups per session, i think you just need to go back to square 1 and im not trying to offend you, just being honest

I workout in 2 weeks more than you do in 2 months.
I'm guessing I eat more in 2 weeks than you do in 2 months also.

Thanks guys.
I got a new gear from another source
I'll run Sustanon 250 for another 12 weeks and d-bol for 4 weeks
I'll run 500mgs sus and 30 mgs d-bol.
I'll work out 5 days a week. and I'll stop my powerlifting program and go with a normal one.
I'll try to eat more and more
I'll post another chart when I start the cycle.
