Long story short i had to stop lifting for a while due to a really bad car accident and a long rehab. Im better now lifting again for the past year half and looking for a boost. Any help would be great. Im looking to gain mass/size. Im 5'9 185 good shape and healthy

12 week cycle

Anadrol 50
1-5 week 100mgs/day

Sustanon 250
1-3 week 1ml 2x a week
4-10 week 2.5ml 2x a week
11-12 week 1ml 2x a week

Also how much Nolvadex would i have to take, how long, and when should i start it.

Im looking at something like this so far and was wondering would it be ok to add Dbol from week 6-12, or could i add Deca so where in here. Any help would be great. Also does my doses for sus look to strong or week or to long. Any all around help would be great.
