Hey all, I'm actually starting some test cyp today at 400mg a week for 12 weeks. Does anyone know if I will have to use some clomid or nolva while I am on or will this just be necessary as my pct. Any help would be apprecitated. Thanks

NO going back huh? Whats your stats? Clomid and nolva are both good for pct. If your running just test and get any gyno type problems popping up you can take 20mg nolva ed until sides go away.

I'm 6'1" 218 15% BF . I've been working out hard for the past 6 years but ready for the next level. I actually took my first shot about 4 or 5 hours ago. Cant wait to see results!!! Should i have nolva or clomid around just in case? And when taking it as pct what should the dosage be? Thanks for the help.

your title says 'No going back', a poorly planned PCT will have you doing the complete opposite as far as gains are concerned. goodluck

You should have nolva and clomid before you start a cycle.

You should have nolva and clomid before you start a cycle.

I have Clomid, Nolvadex, aromasin, Arimidex, and letrozole all on hand and I havn't even started my cycle!

I can't believe how many threads I read where people start pinning without reading first.

Ok guys I feel dumb for not having my pct before hand but I just ordered nolva i tried to order clomid but they were out of stock. Can anyone help me with the dosage for Nolva and clomid so I know how much to take when i'm done. I know its 18 days after cycle right? Is 40mg per day first week and 20gm per day next 3 weeks? And for Clomid 100/50/50/50. I would appreciate the help. Thanks

pretty standard pct:

1-4wks nolva 20mg ed
1-4wks clomid 50mg ed
1-4wks aromasin 50mg ed or proviron 50mg ed

start pct 14days after last shot if using test E
and 18days after if using test C

Ya, me too. the anticipation sucks. Test cyp can take 4-6 weeks to kick in. I am in week 3 and cannot wait for it to really kick in.
