B. Deep's "Project Swolled Up"- Test E & Eq Cycle Log
Hey guys! I'm new to this website and forum but not so new to the gym and AAS game. I am starting my first cycle since college in a couple weeks and am going to keep everything posted and updated here...for advice and also just to track my own progress.
Cycle Exp: 3rd cycle
Lifting Exp: 11 years
Age: 28
Height: 6'
Current Wt: 215
Current BF: 16.5% (on it's way downnn!!)
Here's "Project Swolled Up"
-Test E250 (weeks 1-12)- 2mL given 2x/wk...for a total of 1000mg/wk
-EQ200 (weeks 1-12)- 2.5 mL given 2x/wk...for a total of 500mg/wk
-Oral Turinabol (kickstart weeks 1-5)- 20-30mg ED
-Nolva (weeks 1-12)- 20mg (or more if needed)
PCT:
- Nolva 40mg ED (weeks 13-15), 20mg ED (weeks 16-17)
- Proviron 25mg ED (weeks 13-17)
- I may also add some HCG or more to the PCT
Diet (my diet is pretty complex but here are some basic general numbers)::
-Aim for 5-7 meals per day
- Calories/day: 3000-3300 (varies a little)
-Protein/day: 325g
-Carbs/day: 275-300g
-Fats/day 35-50g
Workouts:
Because of 3 major should surgeries, my history as far as being in excellent shape is very up and down, so I have tried many different workout methods. What works best for me is just doing each bodypart one day a week and maxing the s**t out of it, so it has a whole week (or at leat a couple days until I hit the complimentary muscle group) to recover and repair.
So they look a little something like this:
-Day 1- Back
-Day 2- Chest
-Day 3- Legs
-Day 4- Bi's
-Day 5- Tri's
-Day 6- Shoulder
-Day 7- Off (or back to day 1)
For the most part I do 4 different exercises for each bodypart. The first 3 lifts will be 4 sets( 2x8...increase wt...2x6), and the 4th lift will be more isolation and 3 sets of more reps like (3x10-12).
I hate cardio as I'm sure many of you do, but I do have 2 dogs who need the exercise so I try to get out and run a solid 2 miles at a decent pace at least 3x/wk.
A little more about me....
I graduated with a degree in exercise science (after losing a full ride DI-AA football scholarship). I have done some personal training since graduation (currently a business owner) and have been on and off with my own training.
I am planning on starting the cycle the start of June (through the end of August) but just wanted to get my log going as I'm totally stoked on gettin back on the gear!
I would like to put on some nice hard dense muscle while toning up quite a bit. And as far as weight, I don't use the scale so much as I use the mirror. My only MAJOR goal for this cycle is to hit it f***ing HARD and get my BF to 10%.!!
I will get back to starting my posts in just a couple weeks (the last week before I start my cycle) to post my actual pre-cycle stats and hopefully pics. ANY questions/advice would be greatly, greatly appreciated!!!!
