    My 9 week progress.

    I hope this works.... first time doing pics.

    Anyhow, this is my 9 weeks progress... strict diet, cardio, and lots of time in the gym make the world. Dont know what my bf is now so if you want to throw some numbers out cool!! Tell me what you think.

    Looks good so far . I laye dout of the gym for 9 months . Looked like you in the first pick .Been at it hard as hell for 8 or 9 weeks now too . Keep it up bro . Another coule mths you should be twice as nice .

    Im want to try a test winny cycle this summer, so im really working on getting those last few pounds off. Anyone else?

    if you are thinking of a cycle you will need to post all your stats and proposed cycle/pct in the Q&A forum. plus, if its your first all you will need is a test only cycle.

    Ive done few cycles already, i havent tryed winny/test yet and im looking to try to cut up more before i do.
