    2nd breakfast 10am - almonds/prot shake

    Lunch 12-2 (depending on lift time) - ground turkey and eggs in whole grain tortillia, with salsa, broccoli on the side, sometimes brown rice

    Post workout - Peanut butter/prot shake/some sorta meat(just a few spoonfuls of peanut butter)

    Mid afternoon 4pmish - snack on some nuts or cottage cheese, glass of milk

    Dinner 7ish - Chicken fajitas with onions and bell peppers, little canola oil used to cook, in whole grain tortillas

    Before bed - almonds (plain non salted) or some sort of lean meat

    I take fish oil, and vit E every morning aswell.


    I have some pics taken and will post as soon as I get off work. Im going to keep you guys updated with pics every few weeks.

    I have clomid, and nolva on hand. Will tweak that at the end as needed

    learn to read, he said he hasn't cycles, although i do think the op is a litte small at only 170 for 6-1. You should have maybe tried to get your weight up more naturally, but owell, good luck bro!

    what are your goals for this cycle?

    if you are trying to bulk up, you are far from being ready to use steroids

    at 6 1, you should be able to get to 220-230 NATURALLY, and if you can't do that, don't expect to keep much of what you MAY gain with this cycle

    Your diet should have been set WAY before the cycle started, STEROIDS are NOT magic, they won't take the place of the proper diet to grow

    WHY are you doing the winny at the front of the cycle in stead of the end??

    The winny was meant for the end stretch of the cycle, and I havent yet fully decided if im going to take it or not. My diet is fine. Been eating good for a while now. As for the Gainning weight naturally, its easy for someone that can gain weight easily to talk about being too small ect. I have tried for a long while to gain, and not gettin there. Im actually the largest in my family as it is. I am not saying that it wouldnt hurt for me to gain some lbs before, but not all of us can just gain weight. Ive worked damn hard for 4 years for what ive got now and havent gained anything for the last 8months or so. Ill keep pics commin every other week for yall, Enjoy.

    not to start anything here, but YES it is easy for ANYONE to gain weight IF they are eating correctly !!

    I can bet money your diet is NOT as good as you think, at least NOT for growing. (sorry, i have NOT looked at your diet you posted yet as I was more concerned with the cycle)

    OK, that being said, if your gonna do this do it correctly

    If you can go 12 weeks, that would be better

    run something like this

    weeks 1-12 Test E @ 500 mgs/week Shot 250 twice a week
    weeks 9- 24 Winny @ 50 mgs /ED

    PCT starts beginning of week 15

    ok, after looking at diet, it pretty much sucks for growing....

    sorry !!

    please get in the diet section and have one of the guru's there tweek it for you, look for Phate, jamyjamjr and a few others that are wonderful with diets IF you want to make gains with this cycle !!

    Ill take it over there and have em gander at it. Its just a general, not my everyday deal. Thanks for the advice.
