Hey guys im just now starting my first cycle and want to know what you guys think about it all.
First let me say i took my first shot today and to my dumb ass suprise my gym is closed today and tomorrow. (figures right) ill figure something out tomorrow though.
I have been working out for the past 4 years with some breaks in it.
( cause for this is because i have moved states alot for school and work.)
Running 12weeks Test E. 500mg week
Running 4 weeks D-bol 40mg day
PCT NOLV and Clomid
Thinking about CLEN at the end but we will see
Goal is to gain lean muscle mass (mostly bulking to put on clean weight)
My stats
Age 22
Height 5'11
Weight 175
BF% id say its about 13% maybe 14%
My diet is pretty good. Its hard for me to make it great due to my job and time issues i have.
However i will eat oatmeal every morning with a shake and along with 4 meals a day. Im Keeping the diet high Protein, Low fat< 4-5k calories, higher carbs
I work out 4-5 days a week and am always changing up my workout schedule.
I do cardio for about 25min at th guy for 3 days a week or so. And on top of that im mechanic so i am always moving.
So what do you guys think please feel free to to speak your minds lol.
