    I'd say it's possible in a week but not so much due to the winstrol. Carb/sodium/water manipulation can make you look much leaner within a week. Not sure that's what this guy did, just sayin'...

    Also the lighting in the first picture sucks compared to the second set of pics and in the second he might have a pump.
