Test 500mg Deca 300mg +Dbol
Hi boys, this is my second cycle. Im using
Irani test
Pakistani (Organon) Deca
Blue hearts Dbol
As follows,
Monday And Thursday 250mg Test + 100mg Deca
Wednesday 100 mg Deca
Thus 500mg Test.enanthate + 300mg Deca Durabolin
Also doing 5 weeks of Dbol at 30mg day might ramp to 40mg
this is 5 weeks cuz i took one week before oils to try out the dbol
Anyway after just 3-4 days of dbol i could feel it, but doing gym 6 times a week and cardio 40-45 mins (walking\Boxing) i kept some water off, still couldnt get a full 12 reps in my third set at 23lb dumbell curls just cuz the pump, also my balls shrunk a little after just 5-7 days, in my last cycle test it took like 2-3 weeks to see that.
Thus far have gained 2-1\2 kgs, keeping my diet lean and doing so much cardio im a bit surprised, cant say im not liking the dbol.
Ill keep posting, after a few weeks ill put the improvement in measurements.
Also sounds weird but i got a buzz type feeling the first few days of dbol, kind of like a euphoric pleasure, almost like a contact high. May have just been the water weight looking good to me in the mirror LOL.

Also can i ask is it ok to do Both delts plus one Glute each week, I think i remember someone posting that in doing both delts each week it could cause shoulder probs. Any truth as my shoulder sometimes acts up,

Never heard of that. Just try to give each inject site 6-7 days before the next pin. This will reduce chances of scar tissue. You can also try your quads and tris, those are pretty painless sites too if you want to switch it up. If your shoulders act up like u say id get an mri and see a doc about it. Might have something to do with your joints/cartlidge, who knows? When you inject I.M. (Intra Muscular) you shot in your muscle belly bro, should have no effect on joints etc. I like to pin the muscle the day im going to work it out. Like on delt day ill pin one or in your case both delts say an hour before hitting the gym. I get a good workout and the next day my shoulders just feel sore from working out. Also many believe this helps the oil to disperse more effcienctly in the muscle but havent seen and medical research to really prove it. Either way, works for me and many others.

why are u injecting the deca 3 times a week. you should only being doing 2 shots per week and should only have to use ur glutes. i have no idea why ur balls shrank so fast

Im pretty much on the same cycle bro but Im doing 2mgs of deca per pound of bodyweight which equals out to 450 a week and shooting it in the ass. My test E I'm shooting 600mgs a week 300mg on mon and 300 mgs on thurs one week in the delts and the other week in the quads. I'm also on BD 50mg d-bol and so far have gained 18 pounds of quality muscle. Not sure why your balls have shrank so fast maybe your on some bad test. or something but that shouldnt have happened so quickly. Holla

Hey guys, sorry i wasnt clear, they havent dramatically shrank, but my sack has regressed a little , lol.
Im shooting 300mgs week deca , partly cause i dont wanna shoot 7-8ml oil weekly , am using 100mg decas, also cuz its my second cycle, and thus the first time im doing deca so ill increase slowly, maybe next cycle do 400-450mgs deca weekly, for now this is fine cuz im also kickstarting 5 weeks and dont really plan on AI's , as i didnt need them in first cycle at all, and i dont bloat awfully like some.
Yeah ill post up updates along with my diet soon godwilling, i know the steroids couldnt have taken effect yet, but im going up 1-2 kgs week in the main 3, hopefully this will increase more as weeks pass.

Hi peeps, started week 3 of Dbol and week 2 of Deca \Test
Have noticed some Bloat, not to much though, Did my first inject of second week yesterday.
Up another kg in weight , Strength still consistent few kg's or few reps increase in most sets.
Workout ;
Each day ill do a min. of 35 mins cardio more like 45 mins of walking\boxing
Monday Chest :
3 Machine Press warmups
Incline Bench : 2 warmup 3 working
Flat Bench : 2 warmup 3 working
Flat Db Flys : 3 working
Incline Db Flys: 3 working
Triceps 2 exercises 6 sets, first 3 sets low weight high rep last 3 sets high weight with lower reps.
Forearms :6 sets (rapid movement)
Abs : 3 sets 15 reps weighted(6kg) situps + 15 Cable Crunches + 20 leg raises + 30 side to sides
Cardio
Tuesday Back ;
3 warmup sets Med. Grip Pulldowns palms in
Lat Pulldown : 2 warmup 3 working
Bbell Rows : 2 warmup 3 working
Palms in Pulldowns : 2 warmup 3 working
Straight Legged Deadlift : same or just 4 working sets
Biceps : 6 sets , first 3 hammer curls last 3 bbel curl low weight high rep
Shrugs : 3 working
Cardio
Wednesday Tootie Fruity :
Low weight Med.rep Push\Pull of like mainly 12 sets
Forearms: 6 Sets , slow movements
Abs : Same as monday but increased reps
Cardio usually 35 mins.
Thursday Shoulders :
3 warmups Machine
Seated Shoulder Press : 2 warm 3 working
Side Laterals : recently doing heavy 5 by 5 or ill steadily go 5.5.6.7.8. ect.
Rear Delt One Arm Lateral : 3 working
Arnold Press (finisher) : 3 working
Trapz/Collar : 6-9 sets
Cardio
Friday Recovery : Off
Saturday Arms : switch every 2-3 weeks between starting tri or bi
3 warmups for each
4 exercises each and usually 3 sets per exercise so like total of 22-24 sets
Forearms : 6 sets
Abz : Same as before except heavier, on coming monday ill decrease some weight/reps
Cardio
Sunday Legs :
3 warmups Leg Extz.
Squats : to parralel : 2 warmup 5 working
this would be less except i have no hamstring curl machine or legg press =( (home gym)
Leg Extensions: 2 warm 3 working
at this point its hard to get up from my machine lol.
Deadlifts , i do straight leg deads on back day: 4-5 working sets
Been trying 10 kg DBell Lunges
Cardio bout 30-35 mins.
I know im training abs, traps, forearms more 2x week but remember one of those days is usually like low intensity and low reps so not much work, just gets a good bloodflow and keeps these areas a bit defined.
I thinks after my PCT is done ill start some type of split , w/ im not considering this at all b/cuz arm workouts after main muscle doesnt really overtrain me. But after 4 weeks of this i.e. my first month ill stop doing arms except 1x weekly and try and see the difference.

Damn, im in pakistan so the electricity has been shut down 2 times, i.e. i had to write this shit out twice, ill post my diet up tomorrow which im sure will need tweaking, like my main 3 in my diet, eggs, chicken , dairy (milk\yogurt) LoLLLZZZ, ROFL . =)

Oh yea , just so this fully details everyting, im eating my dbol like every 4-5 hours still at 30 mg day . like one morning one 4-5 pm one after workout.
My wife had gotten sick of my want to **** for 1-1/2 everytime last week, Last cycle libido was strong throughout test 500 mg week and it seems even stronger this time around, i think the dbol helped though.
As far as injections go i go to a local pharmacy (medical hall) for my injections, theres one dude Shah-Jee who makes my injections go real smooth, however his mentor type has a rough hand so when he shoots that shit hurts for like 3 days even though he shoots super slow ect.
Anyway i just hope Shah-jee doesnt think i have a hard on for him or anyting cuz im always waiting for him and shit , rofl.

Yeah, i wouldnt mind hearing your thoughts on your stack as well, why dont you open up a thread in the members cycle experience bro, I bet 50 mg dbol would add some serious mass/water as comp. 30mg

Oh yeah guys, can you critique my training as well, in your opinions is it overtraining or whatever else you can think of, but this was getting me good growth, been doing it a few weeks now.
