    Summer Transformation

    Age: 24
    BF%: 13.5
    Weight: 193
    Height: 5'10"
    Cycle History: 2

Its been a while, and I need some advice. I know that diet is 80% of the results, so Ill include mine. here goes. I am following for the most part the "unofficial cut diet" which is a sticky up top under the diet forum. I cheat on occasion, but thats acceptable. Is there anything else I can do? I am about to start Clen to help also. If you want to know what my diet is, this is it from the thread i just mentioned:

    Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    Shake with Flax

I am in a contest at the fitness complex I work for. Winner gets 2 go to Cancun and some cash. The judging is based on the person who can change there body the most. Not from measurements, but just from a before and after pic. I have until Aug. 31. I started last week. My goal is to get as lean as humanly possible and maintain all possible muscle mass.

Ill attach my pics from now and my final pics and let you know how i come out. I need your help!

What else other than this diet, the clen, and intense training do i need to achieve my goal? I want to win!

    Thanks.

I don't think you are eating enough carbs, but it might just be me.

Post your diet with Macros in the diet forum, and they'll help you out.

    Are you doing cardio?

Well I have just been following the diet I posted as a guideline. Since it was set up as a Primer diet for someone who is 200 and 15% trying to cut, and I am 193 and 13.5%, I thought that it would be a great place to start..

As for cardio. I train in a circuit with very minimal rest. I do lots of explosive and plyometric work to get the HR up. I play baseball and tennis about once a week each. I need to step it up, i know. I have a hip flexor injury that i am rehabilitating and trying not to do any running even in baseball. I just dont want to burn muscle mass.

    UPDATE:
Sorry for going ghost. I lost the contest to someone who lost 45lbs, therefore he changed more than me. Next yr, I will bulk up then hit a cut cycle, same diet and clen.

I just followed the cut diet on the forums that i listed, but cut out the carbs at the end. It was hard and gives me new respect for bodybuilders. I am back up to 188 and up to 10%. I couldnt maintain that diet any longer...lol. Ill be back next yr for the contest.
