smithhy's insane cycle
cycle plan:
Week 1-4 M1T 10MG ED.
Week 1-8 Support supplements
Week 4-8 Nolvadex and Clomid
Intake of around 400G protein, 100G fats and as much carbs as necessary (depending on the lethargy and my activity).
Working out for 3 years, aged 26, but recently lost muscle mass due to lengthy hospitalisation. Given the all clear by the doc to go ahead.
The workouts will be done instinctively, and posted up here (I'll decide what to do when I get to the gym or before at home) because this way I can listen to my body and do the correct exercises.
The research I have done is to read just about every log online, and talk actively about M1T on forums and with experts. Probably about 6 month's research, 30 mins a day. Probably enough, allthough I could probably do with some more, as could most.
The M1T is genuine as this is a friend's. The reason I chose M1T is because it is not illegal, no injections are needed, my friend saw great results with no sides, and it is perfect for the 8 week time frame I want to complete the cycle in. I know there are better choices out there, and I should be running test alongside this to fight lethargy, etc, but I will eat my hat if I have to...
My starting weight is around 160 lbs at 5"11' and I will upload some photos tonight. The goal is to keep around 10lbs, which is going to be very hard, I know.
My diet will consist of simple carbs intra/post workout and complex carbs the rest of the day when necessary, not forgetting empty carbs when inactive. Protein shakes will be avoided when possible. Lean meat will be eaten reguarly probably every 2-3 hours, mainly turkey chicken and fish. Cottage cheese will be eaten at night. I will not drink/smoke.
The following will be taken:
M1T
Milkthistle
Hawthorne Berry
Nolvadex
Saw Palmetto
ZMA
Tribulus
Multi-vitamin
Casein and whey protein
Animal Pump on days/monohydrate off days
Extra B-12 (vit B) 1000 mg
Clomid
St. Johnson’s Wart
dhea
Extra Vit C
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Nac
Echinacea
I will decide the PCT doseage later as I have plenty of Clomid and Nolvadex here. I think that covers every angle. I'll upload my photos later and post up my first workout tonight.

doesnt look like an "insane cycle" to me.

i think your protein it like retardedly to high ur going to get fat as hell on this cycle with that kind of diet. just my .02 if u wanna help lemme know

ok thanks, I have diet pretty much sorted as I will just stuff myself (the numbers for protein are only ideals and I doubt I will reach them). I will also monitor fat gain.
I'm going to workout back/traps tonight. I think it will go like this:
Warmup:
Rowing (5 mins)
10 light deadlifts, 10 light seated rows, stretches.
Workout:
Deadlifts 15, 10, 8, 5
Wide grip pull-ups 15, 10, 8, 5
Seated rows 15, 10, 8, 5
Lat Pull Downs 15, 10, 8, 5
Bent-over Rows 15, 10, 8, 5
Dumbell shrugs 15, 10, 5
Dumbbell Incline Shoulder Raise 15, 10, 5
Hyper extensions weighted
will reach failure on the 5 reps as many times as possible during the workout
repeated once more

judging carbs based on how you feel is not a good idea. you need to set it and go.

Dude at 5ft 11" 160lbs you need Diet and training. That's what you need for another 3-6mths before you do anything.

I will not start this cycle today now. I have read arounf and it looks like I need to sort out my training routine. I forgot the importance of planning.
Should have designed it before, Will design it over the next few hours, log starting 2moro.... with photos
