    My DECA 250/ SUS 250 course

    Hey guys. Ive just completed 2 weeks of my course. Im now in my third week. I began with 2 weeks of deca , and im starting my sus tomorrow. Im weighing about 220lbs atm. Noticed a small increase in weight since i started, but no noticable increase in strength as yet. Will post pics and results as i go.

    once it "kicks" in look out. you won't feel it, one day your just going to be able to bench so much more and your muscle well start looking harder.

    Why did you stasrt the deca first? How is your cycle laid out? also give us some stats.
