    jays clen/t3 combo log

    day uno:

    clen : around 60 mcg's the spray is inaccurate
    t3= around 40mcg's

    both from Lion

    I just took it about 2 hours ago and have no real side effects. dont have access to taurine here so im drinking as much water as I can.

    workout: 10 min. 1 mile
    eliptical 10 min (hills)

    weight: 213
    probably about 16% body fat

    going to eat clean starting today.


    edit: hands a bit shaky 3 hours after, nothing too extreme

    im planing a similar cycle in a month or so, as well as my own log, except ill also be running tbol 50mgED along with the clent3 and ill be running my clen str8 through with ketotifen.

    im interested to see what you accomplish with this

    how long are you running it for?
    whats your protocol?

    also, you should take a bfore pic so you have something to compare to after and measurements with body tape also may make for a better log when all is said and done. something a little more concrete as far as results go...it may also provide a little extra motivtion to keep you pushing yourself.

    ill be following ths log

    Im planning on running it three weeks. Im eager to get in good shape. I think it may be a little decieving because Im eating the cleanest I ever had, and pulling 2 a days at the gym. I took some before pics, quite embarassing. Ill post tonight on weight and excercise. Thanks for following.

    Okay day 2:weight was 210 but it was in the morning so it could just be water weight


    Lifted heavy in the morning and my hands were shaking pretty bad after 60 mcg clen and 50mcg of t3. im actually feeling pretty gross. my nose has been leaking all day and ive inherited a terrible cough, gonna try to sleep it off and hit some cardio when i wake up.

    keep that dose for a few days...let your body acostom itself before you up it anymore...

    it takes a couple days for blood plasma levels to stabalize at a certain dose...as the gear builds up in your system

    it may help with dealing with the sides

    kept the same does but not very happy. weighed in at 212..so down 1 pound in two days. i guess my diet has been extremely in check but heck, im deployed, i cant be tooo choosy. been running a steady mile and a half a day and workin my way up to 2 miles by next week. i hhaaaateeee running but im gettin myself back into since im using this junk you know. still a little shaky but no cramps at all... kinda want some cramps so i know ive got the real stuff. guess time will tell

    hey i have a question for you...

    how is your concentration, an focus while on clen /t3?

    i ask because i plan on running my cycle while im in school starting in october, and i need to make sure it wont have any negative effect of my studying and concentration during lectures.

    the concentration and focus is fine. its hard to write and type thought cause your hands shake. also i noticed i talk a little slower too. im having a hard time with sleep unfortunately so thats not helping either...

    nothing to update really, still at 212 and 39 inches on the fat belly. still a little shaky and i upped it to 100/ 50. i guess i thought this would be a little quicker but its still only been a week. oh well, ill go weigh myself tomorrow.

    not going to lie, rather disappointed. down to 211 still at 39' waist. ive been running 2 miles everyday and keeping my diet in check. kinda expected better results

    no side effects at all and im at 50/150

    Is the t3 at 50 and the clen at 150? maybe you sould bump the t3 to 75mcg see if that helps. If you are trying to lose fat i hear empty stomach cardio is the way to go or right after you lift but its supposed to be low intensity like 3.0 speed at 3.5 incline on the treadmill.

    i hit 206 yesterday. i amped up the dosage to 100 t3/ 180 clen

    my sitting heart rate was like 136 i think i saw at the doc today

    im not sure, im a virgin to both but i think that its the t3 because increasing the clen didnt do much, however bumping the t3 is when i dropped pounds. hoping it still works, i got a month and a half to lose 26 more pounds then its bulking time. dont think its going to happen this cycle though. anyone have any other research chems other than the eca stack that could assist me in the process?

    People say you need to use aas to counter the catabolic state t3 causes. Your not using any aas so do you feel the weight you lost was muscle water or fat?

    i think its fat as my belly fat is definately going down. i was at 40 inches when i started now 38
