Jonboi's first cycle...
Greetings to all,
This will be my first ever cycle which I have been considering for a few years now..
First of all I would like to tell you about my self, my stats and what I aspire to achieve in the coming months..
hello, I am 25 years of age, I have been training religously from the age of 21 but started lifting weights at the age of 17. so thats about 8 years of training all up, and 4 years of intense resistance training vertually every day.
Growing up I was always very chubby but very active. By the age of 14-17 i became heavily involved in competition tennis. During these years i became very skinny but very strong and fit. Then i lost interest in tennis and started weight training at the age of 17. I remember weighing my self at 60kg.
My Goal -- My goal is to achieve a weight of 200lb this year, and I believe it is possible along with correct nutrition, training, sleeping and some help from AAS.
Current stats:
age: 25yrs
weight: 183lb
height: 5.7
bf: 13%

Originally I wanted to do my first cycle using test enanthate but I can not get it so my next available option is Test prop. Yes I know it hurts but I love pain so its ok, and needles dont bother me at all. I am currently trying to access arimidex which i will know in a few days. I have access to nolva and clomid..
Alright this is what My cycle "may" look like..
week 1-10 ~ 100-150mg test prop eod.
(Arimidex if gyno of bloat appear)
PCT:
week 1-2 ~ Nolvadex at 40mg/day
week 3-4 ~ Nolvadex at 20mg/day
(PCT will start 2nd to 3rd day after last test prop injection) !!
So there you have it guys, this is what I thought would work good for a first cycle with the advantage of very little water retention and hopefully no other sides..
I was going to put up my diet but need to eat right now LOL. Let me know if you want my diet and please hit me with your absolute honest opinion..

just ordered liqidex, nolva and clomid.. any suggestions with PCT ??

Meal 1: 6 egg whites 1 yoke, 1 cup oats
Meal 2: 1 chicken breast, 1 cup potato, greens
Meal 3: 100% whey isolate shake, fruit
Meal 4: Fish fillet, 1 cup rice, greens
Meal 5: 100% whey isolate shake with some simple carbs (after workout)
Meal 6: tin of fish, 1 cup rice, greens
Meal 7: Lean Steak, lots of salad/greens
Meal 8: 100% whey isolate shake
supplements: creatine, multi vitamin, whey isolate.
originally I was only having one shake a day..

couple things with the diet, for breakfast u should add a few more egg whites, egg whites are only rated at 3.5g of protein so your barely getting 20g for breakfast. also, make sure your getting in some sort of casein protein before bed, whether it be a shake or cottage cheese.

I am just over 4 weeks into a similar cycle. I am running test enth, 400mg a week. The strength gains are just kicking now, although you should be quicker with prop. Eat lots and have fun!!!

Thanks for all the support so far guys !! sorry to disapoint, there has been a delay and I can't begin my cycle for a few more days. In the mean time I will focus on my diet and training intensity.. I have increased the amount of sleep im getting (8 hours at night and 2-3 hours in the afternoon). I have also been working on getting my heart rate and pb down a bit (not that it was bad) to allow for the increase of red blood cells in the weeks to come. Another point to mention, I have increased my water intake quite drastically, i basically drink 600ml every hour or two.
I will put some before pics up to keep you entertained shortly..thanks again guys!!
any suggestions on my PCT ? should i throw clomid in also ??

yes def throw in clomid I'd say at 100/100/50/50 or 50/50/25/25 alongside the nolva

Alright, think I might go 50/50/25/25 clomid and 40/40/20/20 nolva.. ?
I cant put pictures up yet. Im guessing I need more posts ?
Also, Iv always had a slight case of Gynecomastia after I hit puberty.. Would this increase my risk of getting worse gyno ?

hey guys sorry i never followed up just wanted to gain some weight before starting. this was hard but i managed to get up to 187lb.
I have started the cycle and i just took my second shot in my left thie. my first shot i did in my right glut, and to be honest the pain isn't that bad. but i have some bad news : approx 12 hours after first shot it feels like my immune system has gone, no appetite, no strength, cant train, my whole body was paining. now on day 3 i feel a lot better, so i did the second shot and now im about to train. the only thing is my appetite isnt working yet, iv been eating but im forcing my self. i feel like the weight is falling off.. can anyone help me ? i hope it doesnt happen all over again after taking second shot!!

Starting mine in about 25 mins will be on similar cycle except with Test E, will be following. Also I saw you stated above about the gyno after puberty, i cant say that it does mean your more prone but just take precaution and as WarMachine says arimidex is only good for starting your cycle to prevent estrogen effects, and that it wont stop it or reduce it. Only Nolva will stop or reduce side effects so if you get some throwing A-dex in wont really help only Nolva will if you need to ask WarMachine he's an expert. I actually feel I'm prone too so if sides pop up I will be using 10-20mg Nolva ED till subsided or possibly EOD for the rest of the cycle. Good Luck and follow my cycle too
