Simple Cycle
I want cycle something simple. This is my first cycle and i want to take 200mg of Deca a week with some d-bol. will that be okay? What does everyone sugest. I just want small gains i dont want to blow up and gain 30 pounds. I weigh 195 and i am 5' 9" I have been lifting hard for about a year and i have hit a wall...Any help would be great.

I would opt for test/deca instead. Test is a must for most cycles IMO especialy ones containing deca. Also 200mg is prety low.

I was thinking between 200 and 300 for the deca ...i am little hesitant for the side affects though...

First Cycle, need some advice
Animal, quit being a pussy and go big. Get some Deca and Test. Do 400 mg of test and 200 of Deca. If you don't wanna gain 30 pounds, then don't do a cycle. Also, you havent hit a brick wall. Training a year isnt long enough to be plateued out. Try different training techniques before you do a cycle. You might not need it yet.
