Hey I'm Almond, I'm 22 years old.
I started Bodybuilding about 10 months ago. I started out at 52.5 kg (115.7 lb). I'm 160 cm tall. I've always been quite lean, and I've been doing boxing for the last 8 years. Since I was a teenager I've been doing stuff like press-up's, chin-up's, sit-up's, but it's only 10 months that I actually started lifting heavy.
I started taking Sustanon 250 about 5 and a half weeks ago. I bought 20 ampules for my cycle, each ampule containing 250 milligram.
Starting the cycle, I was 54.3 kg (119.7 lb). Five and a half weeks later I'm now 59.5 kg (131.2 lb), so I'm 5.6 kg (12.3 lb) heavier since the start of the cycle. Of course the added mass isn't all muscle, there's probably a fair bit of water in there.
When I started out my cycle, I was extremely motivated to train because I was very excited about the gains I would make. Recently, about a week ago, I ended up training every day for about 15 days straight, until I eventually decided to take a break when I got diarrhoea for a few days (the diarrhorea was caused by antibiotics I was taking). Now though I'm a bit more sensible, I'm forcing myself to take an entire day off after every 4 days of training.
My routine is comprised of 5 days:
1: Chest
2: Back and Forearms
3: Legs
4: Shoulders and Arms
5: Abs (This is my "easy day", all I do is ab exercises)
Here's how my cycle is planned out from the beginning:
* Take 1cc every 4th day into the glutes, do this for 5 weeks.
* Take 2cc every 5th day into the glutes, but only do this twice (i.e. only 2 double-shots).
* As before, take 1cc every 4th day into the glutes, until all the amps are gone.
Four days ago I took my first double-shot, and I'm due my next one tomorrow.
Here's the stuff I've noticed:
1) Excessive sweating. I never used to sweat much, but now my clothes are soaking after a workout.
2) I'm bigger, and everybody's saying it to me, but I think it's mostly water retention.
3) After about three weeks I got nipple sensitivity for about 3 days; I didn't take anything for it and it went away.
4) I think I've got a swollen lymph node near my groin (the one's you can feel through your skin, but that could be caused by anything).
5) I can train without feeling the need to take days off, i.e. I don't get exhausted, but I'm now forcing myself to take days off.
6) I'm eating about twice as much food as normally (I was never much of a food eater).
7) My strength is going up, not phenomenally, but I'm steadily getting stronger.
8) My ejaculation volume has been reduced to a few viscous drops, and I think my testicles are a little smaller, but my sex drive is unaffected.
The only supplements I take is Whey Protein shakes, I drink about 5 shakes a day, each containing about 25 grams.

I try to eat as much as I can throughout the day, a typical day might be:
Two eggs, two slices of toast, two slices of bacon
Beef steak with chips
Three large pieces of breaded chicken breast
A large plate of mashed potatoes
I know it's not a massive amount of food, but it's the most I can eat right now.
If anyone has comments or advice I'm all ears. If you think I'm doing something wrong or that I could be doing something better than go ahead voice your opinion.
I live in Asia, so I can get steroids over the counter, however I've only seen four useful things at the pharmacy so far: Sustanon 250, Deca-Durabolin, Testivirion, Clomid. An ampule of Sustanon or Deca is $6.50 over here.
I'm gonna use Clomid for Post-Cycle Therapy. I'd consider getting Nolvadex or HCT but they're not available where I am.
