First Cycle ...dBol and Sust250...Start Friday
weeks 1-4 30 to 40mg dbol
weeks 1-12 sust250 EOD (only kind of test available)

31 yrs old
3 yrs on and off training 1.5 Serious
6' 0"
189 lbs
had BF taken today 11%
Strictly looking to build mass
workout is every other week rotation:
week 1 hypotrophic 4 sets 10-12 reps
chest/tris/abs
back/bis/calves/cardio
shoulders/qauds/hams
chest/tris/abs
back/bis/calves/cardio
shoulders/qauds/hams
Day off
Week 2 Strength 4 sets pyramid 6-8 reps
chest/abs
back/calves/cardio
quads/hams
shoulders/abs
bis/tris/cardio

a little light for 6 foot, but just make sure your diet is set for growth and EAT
what is your PCT and what about an AI on hand for during if needed?
looks like the first rotation is a bit OVER-TRAINING to me. JMHO

Pct I think I would run Clomid 14-17 and I would just keep nolva on hand just in case. what U think?
would you suggest i run 8-10 reps on week 1?
I am open to suggestions.

thanks, I'm quite excited . Sleeping has been a little rough. I feel like a little kid before going on a field trip or something. I would like to see my split biceps become a bit more pronounced. Well, everything really. lol. Maybe I'll post some measurements before cycling.

Good luck man im running the same cycle and its going great so far you will be very pleased with your results. Id try and get your sleep back under control your only going to get more excited as you begin your cycle and you need a good nights sleep for recovery.

Ok well its Friday and I just pinned . WOOHOO!

Chest/Back - 44.5"
Arms - 15.25"

Quads - 22"

Diet: Started 4 days ago . Daily totals.
Calories 4450
Protein 300g
Carbs 437g
Fat 100g
