Just wanted to keep a log of my 14 day DNP cycle to shed some fat off the mid section. Before any therapists come in here, I want to let you guys know that Ive read all the articles, threads, stories, etc. about DNP and how dangerous it can be to beginners or if misused. I just got back into working out and im keeping it light with high reps for starting out and since I expect to be weak while on the stuff and dont want to risk any injuries or excessive soreness. Im taking green tea extract, pyruvate, milk thistle, and drinking alot of water (2gall. ed). Im 5'8 @ 229lbs with around 30%bf (hideous!) And my workout is as follows.
Mon/Fri- Chest/Bi
Tues-Shoulders/Tri
Wed-Legs/Abs
Thurs- Back/Traps
Cardio everyday for 20mins
Day 1: Monday

Staying hydrated and feeling the heat especially in the pits. Had some difficulty sleeping since I kept turning over in bed to find a cool spot. No issues at the gym as of yet.
Day 3: Wednesday

Woke up a little sweaty even with the air at 70F and drank alot of water in the morning to cool down then took a nice cold shower before hitting the gym. Felt the weakness tumble in and was only about to do 3 sets of each workout and the abs were feeling real tight. Did about 15mins of cardio but felt my head getting hot so I aborted, went home and got in the shower to cool off.
Day 4: Thurs

Woke up in the middle of the night after flipping myself like a burger on a grill a few time and hopped in the shower to cool off and drank a liter of water. Slept well and woke up feeling exhausted and a bit sweaty. made myself go to the gym but the workout wasnt good. Kept the weights low and just till failure for two sets per workout and felt pretty hot. Did my full 20mins of cardio and felt pretty good. Abs and legs felt pretty sore from yesterday and felt it with every step I took. I had to set the air at around 68F to keep comfortable even though everywhere I sat, my ass felt like it was on fire and I was sweating through out the day.
Day 5: Friday

Didnt sleep well at all last night. Had the gf sleeping over ( she insisted ) so I didnt have alot of room on the bed to keep switching back and forth to a cool spot, it sucked. I was lying in bed till 3ish, took a cold shower, popped some melatonin and finally fell asleep from being exhausted around 5am. Woke up 11am feeling hot and jumped in the shower. I didnt feel like eating breakfast so I just loaded up on water and shot over to the gym. I drank a bottle of 5Hr Energy and felt good from it. Shoulders/tri's went really well and I didnt feel fatigued till I got around 10mins into my cardio session. I was sweating like a mofo and started to feel a little dizzy so I jumped off it and drank alot of water before driving home with the a/c blasting. Got home and made myself a nice peanut butter protein shake. Felt much better after a few minutes and Im still at 224.8.
Day 6: Saturday
