test e/ten cycle
I'm ending my first week of this cycle. I havent started the tren a yet (will wait til week for for that).
I dont know if its placebo effect or just pure enthusiasm, but I felt really good in the gym last week.
I do DC training so I'm constantly trying to beat my log book as far as weights and reps go. It will be 2 more weeks before I see how much stronger I am on the lifts I did last week when I come back around to them in my rotation.
I will post more about the up coming week in the gym as it unfolds.

I just finished week 1, feeling really good, I think I'm just over enthusiastic though.

Diet is pretty good. I shoot for somewhere between 400-500gr of protein a day except for on a cheat day where I'm somewhere around 350gr.
I eat a half cup of steel cut oats with a little organic jam for flavor in the morning along with 10 eggs (5 whole, 5 whites).
Pre workout is BCAA's
Post workout is 8 ounces of ground beef (washed to rid the excess fat and grease) and a peanut butter and honey sandwich
2 hours after that is 8oz boneless skinless chicken breast & half cup of steel cut oats with a little organic jam.
From there on the rest of the day is mostly protein & fat.
My second to last meal is protein with a cup or so of broccoli.
Last meal is 10 eggs (5 whole, 5 whites).
I know I need to throw some more carbs in there throughout the day. I'll be experimented with that over the next couple of weeks.

Did chest shoulders & tri's today
Everything felt good, felt really strong with all my lifts.
Flat supine db press fly (this is a variation of the flat db bench. I press the weights up, the eccentric portion of the lift is a fly, 2 sec negative, 2 second stretch) This is rest/paused for 3x20-30 reps to failure.

Widow(cybex fly machine with my hands on the pads, 2 sec neg, 2 sec stretch)
straight set 20-30reps
70 lbs 34 reps
Chest stretch (fascia stretching) 1 min
Cybex machine military press R/P 3x20-30 reps
110 each side

Widow (combination front raise super setted with side raise)
straight set 20-30 reps

Front raise 34 reps
side raise 26 reps
Fascia stretches for delts (1 min each side)

Everything felt good. All lifts were with heavier weight that the last time I did these in my rotation. I stalled out on the dips as I was fried & I felt like my hands were gonna slip of the handles.
Like I said, I've just finished my first week on cycle so I'm anxious to see how I will be progressing.
