Meal 1:
5 whole eggs drop this to 6 and add fibrous green veg
Meal 2:
Two scoops of Extreme Protein with 1 serving of natural peanut butter = 1 level tablespoonwith water.
Meal 3:
8 oz. of lean meat with large bowl of green salad with 1 Tbsp flax/Olive oil and vinegar make that medium bowl of salad
Meal 4:
Two scoops of Extreme Protein with 1 serving of natural peanut butter with water. If this is your post workout shake drop the Peanut Butter as it greatly slows the digestion of the protein
Meal 5:
8 oz. lean meat with 1 serving of cashews/peanuts = 20 grams + add 1 tsp of oil + Fibrous green veg (I recommend Braham and Murray's Good Oil)
Meal 6:
8 oz. lean meat with 1 serving of cashews/peanuts. Same as above
This is my diet but i was thinking of running tren, wini with it what yous guys think? im just hoping to lose some body fat im 14 stone 5/11 training back 5 days a week atleast. Can you guys please help me out a little i only fancy jagging the glute.
