sorry i been out for a while guys. was outta town for a few weeks and been workin like 60 hours a week the past two months. started a cycle a week ago of prop and drol at 100 mg ed of each. been on the prop for 7 days, and the drol for 4 now. im drinking a ton of water and cuttin back on the sodium to try and keep this bloat under control. Until i get my shoulder fixed, i cant go very heavy on many pressing lifts, especially incline and military press. can still go pretty much balls to the walls on everything else.
im about 5'11, 220, when i can, i'll post some pics and let you all judge my bodyfat. maybe 12%.
