My Cylce
This is my first cycle.
I am using test-prop 400-500mg/wk and 500mg/wk suma ? how does this sound. I would have tried a different cycle if others had been available to me.
Took my 5th shot today. Think I am seeing results already but not sure because I gain pretty easy anyway, guess we'll see in a couple weeks.
Not feeling any sides yet?
I'll try to get some pics as soon as I can..

alittle bit of soreness, but hey no pain no gain right. I alternate cheeks so it's not that bad.

500mg prop and 500mg sust? you might want to research this more man i don't think youv'e quite got it.

lol so ur running in total 1000mg of testerome since sus is just a blend of testerome
i dont think uve done ur research
if this is ur first cycle u only need half of that to get amazing results, stop wasting ur gear and use only 500mg of either sus or prop, NOT BOTH

Ok I backed off a little in my 4th week. Gained about 6 #'s strength is going up too.
No side affects at all.. No water retention, nothing.. My job is very physical I sweat all day, maybe that is keeping the water off?.!
I gain pretty easy so still wondering if it is working???
How long does it take to really start seeing results?
I use to weigh 195lb when I was working out a few years ago and benching 315lb.
I started at about 173lb and was 180.4lb when I weighrd myself a couple days ago.
Will it be fairly easy to get beck to 195lb since I have been there already?

ok week one I did 100mg prop every otherday alternating glutes.
Week two I introduced the Sustanon with an initial shot of 250mg
from there on shooting every other day at 100mg prop and 50-75 sustanon.
Should I be shooting anyplace else?

yes, with a shorter ester like test you should definitely be rotating injections site to cut down on scar tissue.
how long are you running that cycle?
why the sust and prop?

Well I was just going to do the prop for 10wks but then I was able to get the Sus so I figured I could extend the cycle out a few weeks.
I am not new to working out, but new to the steroids thing.

Ok, for your first cycle, since you're already shooting the prop. I'd stick with that, and that alone.
drop the sust. you don't need that much test in your first cycle.

and get back to us with questions. You'll need nolva/clomid for pct.
what do you mean you were going to lower the dose slowly? If you mean tappering off the test dose, there is really no need to do that.
and if you're shooting the prop, start rotating injection sites: glutes, quads, delts, pecs.

for one, less build up of scar tissue from constantly pinning in the same two places

You will get very sore if you continue to pin the same place. Try to rotate and keep the injection sites fresh. Its hard to do with prop bkus u shoot ED but i let each site rest for 7 days.

Well I shot todays in the Hip muscle wich wasn't bad. Need to work up the nerve to do it in the thigh or chest..
I don't think I am taking in enough calories. after the weekend I am going to keeo really good notes on what I am eating..
