Have you ever used that beef protein isolate in the past while not on cycle? I would be very curious as to how much better or different it is than whey.

Gear has little to do with protein choice. Beef iso is amino rich and will keep your nitrogen levels higher so that your solid proteins will have a greater impact, imo.

Also, I dont believe in or do "cycles."

i think the difference between solid foods and protein powders does affect how you grow i think everything is more solid when using real food and since i've been on cycle it seems like my body has been absorbing my food better than off cycle

Can you do 345x25 without stopping, kinks or rest to catch a breath between reps? How about 1.5 minutes later you do the same thing with 315lbs for 30?

Thats not what I call low volume, my friend.

lol dw mate have to agree

i think the way u train is great, intense, volume isnt ridiculous but effective to stimulate growth

well done, i train under the same ideas,
funny coz ur workout looks almost identical to what i do

but good luck, and post some pics up if u can, this is the results forum, no pics makes this post pretty boring lol

    GREAT JOB

when you said failure, I didnt think failure would mean such high reps. why dont you go much heavier then and go with 6-12 reps? Do your legs really respond better to such insanely high reps?

I dont workout with the same weights, rep schemes, depth range, etc from one workout to the next.

Getting bigger requires progression or beating the log book one way or another.

What's your age? We have same size height, training philosophy, and almost diet. I'm also running 2IU of HG for the past 11weeks and looking to go first cycle into test E. My current weight is 170 and I'd like to pack on some lean pounds. So I'll be watching this log. Best of luck.

Hey buddy, Im 32. I honestly want you to hold off on that cycle right now. I'd like to help you. I promise you could quickly put on another permanent 15-20lbs more without anabolics. Then when you do run test you will maximize everything. I learned the hard way. Send me a PM and we will get you growing.
