    My TEST E Cycle

    So I finally got my hands on some Test E and started my cycle on monday.

    Monday I injected 300 mgs and thursday I did 600 because I am only going to do Weekly injections now. I changed my mind and not doing the 2 a week as I really don't see any reason to do that.

    I plan on cycling injections like this...

    Inject 600mgs thursday....following week will be weds...following week will be tues....etc .etc.

    I only lifted on Monday, tuesday this week and did a pretty ridiculously hard leg workout...have been too sore to even lift on weds/thursday and am doing back, bis, abs today at 4pm. Been having feet and ankle problems this entire week so I might hold off on cardio until next week. Hit the hot tub yesterday for a good 20 mins and my legs,ankles, and feet feel much better...plus I got a massage on weds so that helped with soreness as well.

    I'm trying to cut up and my calories have been steadily 2500-2800 the past week.

    My stats right now are:
    6'3'' 260.6 lbs about 19% BF.
    Goal is to get in 220s at 10%

    I have for PCT NOLVA and CLOMID.

    plus I got a massage on weds so that helped with soreness as well.

    You lucky mother... I have to set something scheduled up soon to get my back and shoulders worked on. It's pricey but worth the money.


    Nice goal, mine is pretty much the same as yours but i'll be happy around 210 10%

    Also, people say to split the dose and do 2 injections so you'll have less sides and more gains bro. If at all possible, i'd split it.

    I don't mind the injections at all...thing is I'm hiding it from my woman...she thinks steroids are stupid...blah blah blah...so if I can be discrete about it and do it only 1 day a week...i'm going to do it that way. I think I'll be fine.

    And as for the massage, its pretty sweet having friends that have there massage licenses. She actually came over and did a house call too...pretty sweet. $40 an hour, cant beat that.

    How's the diet look?

    Doesnt have to be but it will keep blood levels more stable at twice per week. I always shoot enanthate twice per week.

    Sweet! My diet has never been better actually. Been tracking every calorie on livestrong.com Eating very clean...grilled chicken, veggies quite often....lean meats, fish, veggies, lots of whey, lots of egg/milk protein powder, eggs and whites, grapefruits, blueberries, etc.

    I've read quite a few different things about it and even on bb.com's steroid profile writeup the guy said shooting up once a week is fine between 500-1000mg dosages. I will be at 600mgs a week.

    Next injection was today. (600 mgs once a week)

    Update on lifts:

    Yesterday was a great day in the gym...probably because I finally got a really good long sleep...got home late but slept til like noon since I had the day off. Started with incline bench and one of my last sets was 275 x 3 ....that is probably about 50 lbs heavier then I've ever done on incline bench...so I was pretty psyched about that.

    Today was a pretty crappy day in the gym....lethargic...slept terrible last nite...still got my ass up at 6am to go, but still sucked overall.

    So I haven't been keeping this up to date worth a shit. I started SUPERDROL while on this cycle to kickstart it also. Noticed a huge difference in muscle fullness and libido boost within a few days of taking it. Lifts are going pretty well....I really can't do the cardio I want to because of my stupid heal...not sure what is going on there. I have incorporated some non impact stuff....row machine and some walking though (as much as i can). Row machine might have to be my choice for cardio even though it sucks. Might try the stepper to see how my heal feels as well.

    DAmn slacker...i need to keep this more up to date. Anyways, Workouts have been going well....been eating huge, weighed in this morning at 262....which i still feel pretty bloated....kinda sucks. I dont feel fatter although at the start i was 245 and now up 262 and i'm going into the 4th week of Test E. I shot 600 mgs today for my weekly injection....starting to feel a little pain when injecting around the same spot anymore...kinda sucks. Other then that...my lifts are going really well and lifting alot heavier then before which is good.....also recovery is pretty damn good so far.

    are you injecting in the same place everytime? if so try alternating sites like left glute this week right glute next week....whats hapening is that you are building up scar tissue that is harder to penetrate.....

    No...I doubt that...i just forgot to spread the skin with my other hand so it pinched in the spot where i tried injecting, so i think thats why..moved about 3 centimeters lower and injected the correct way with no pain.

    Letro is a little strong for just some bloat. Most people use that for gyno.

    Why not an AI like liquidex or Arimidex ?

    Also make sure you are not taking in to much salt and you are drinking a lot of water

    I only had a choice to get letro or nothing...so i decided with it. I've been drinking lots of water....a few weeks ago i had a high sodium week and it's been killing me every since. I've been watching it lately.

    So I couldn't take the bloat any longer, had to use a dose of nolva last night and also one this morning. It is definitely Estrogen bloat...i'm at middle of week 4...and I've tried diuretics and it didnt help one bit. I feel much better already which is pretty crazy. I will use letro instead when I get it within the next few days...at a low dose.

    Lifting went very well this morning....back pumps are getting retarded though...i want to stop superdrol so bad because it them...i lowered the dose to 2 caps a day....still suck though.

    Well my weight is still all over the place but strength killer so far!

    I did 295 incline bench press 2 times last nite!!! Freaking insane!

    All I can say is I LOVE TEST-E...friggin stuff is amazing.

    Finallyyyyyyyy got through my plateau on bench press yesterday after months stuck.

    425 x 3....ridiculous!!! Gotta love it....i'm having insanely good workouts. Can't say how much I love this stuff....gotta get me some more and stockpile it!

    You know you can get ldex by clicking the banner at the top right of the page???? Letro is a little strong for bloat and can really mess up your libido..

    I didnt end up taking any of the letro...goes to my stash now...guess i'll only use if i have gyno issues. I took nolva for 3 days and my bloat pretty much went away.

    I don't know how bad taking a AI can hurt your gains or if it will only effect water weight but I took some adex and in 4 days I dropped 5 lbs and dropped some water quick.

    I don't know how bad it is vs gains but I got so paranoid about gyno I decided to just use it throughout the cycle. Like I said 4 days I dropped 5lbs so i'm not sure if this is going to hinder the overall gains.

    I'm not really too worried about gyno issues to be honest. I ran nolva for 4 days and my bloat went away and hasnt came back really since. I only notice if i eat alot of carbs...and right now i'm limiting my carbs pretty much and i'm getting the lean look i'm wanting.

    Update....

    My lifts have been getting better and better.

    Legs yesterday I broke threw my squat plateau
    335 x 3 (weak I know)

    All time high in leg press - 705 x 3

    I was on an all time high on bench on monday with - 400 x 4

    My diet has been good...been lowering carbs except for the weekends. Pretty much the anabolic diet where you sort of carb cycle keeping carbs low all week and until the weekend.

    Another good day in the gym...I actually started back to 2 a week shots now instead of once a week every 5 days. Either way, I still think it works just the same. My dose has been pretty high as I have to take shit to the extreme...oh well...i'm tapering down a little bit.

    DEAD LIFT record for me. 425 x 3 Not bad for me.

    So all in all so far, i'm really happy with TEST E. I think it's a great thing. I can't imagine going off it to be honest and don't want to.

    I started 09-18-2009 so it will be 6 weeks running this cycle tomorrow. LOVE IT!

    Thursday I didn't really feel too motivated when i was walking in and just wanted to get in there and out...kinda sucked. Then once I started abs it all got a better...funny how that happens. Did ABS and COMPLEXES today...pretty friggin intense.

    My weight is down 3 lbs this week ....my diet has been high fat, protein and low carbs (aka Anabolic diet). Starting to see some more definition, which is what i'm looking for. Weight this week is 254.

    Well finally good news for me today....I got to do cardio without any HEEL pain. Ran 2 miles on the treadmill with pretty good ease actually. Pretty excited about that because I was doing really well with cardio and my stupid heel prevented me from doing any of that. So I got me some cardio in! FINALLY! 20 mins total...about 17 1/2 mins for 2 miles...then walked the rest.

    Another awesome day in the gym. Chest/Tris day. I started off with Abs then to Dips on the weighted dips machine and did about 4-5 sets. Bench went pretty well, did 425 x 3.

    Decline press went really well today. Started off with 10 reps at 205 which is pretty good for me...it was very easy...i could have gotten 20 i think. I got 315 up for an easy 5 reps which was pretty awesome as well considering this was my 3rd-4th lift along the way. I had great energy, focus, and power in the gym. I'm loving Test E...I don't think I even want to try anything else then this stuff.

    Had a pretty good leg day in the gym today. Squats were 335 for 2 reps. Leg press was 705 for 2 reps. Not a bad day.

    Thumbs up 11/4 and 11/5

    Trying to keep this log up to date and not slack! Diet has been really good and very clean. Anabolilc diet.

    Yesterday was back, bis, traps - deads went well...335 x 2 at the end.

    Today I did complexes early in the morning, also did power cleans for the first time in quite some time....damn those are hard. Also standing military press...followed by complexes...then 12 mins cardio.

    Todays weigh in ...before the gym was 252 lbs....so 2 lb lose from last week. Pretty happy about that. Thinking about starting clen next week starting monday...but we'll see...dunno if i want to add that yet or wait til PCT since i've been making constant loses I dont think there's a need for it yet.

    Well had to come off my diet for the night for my brother's bday ...had 2 beers and buffalo wild wings boneless wings. Got up this morning and did complexes again and then 20 mins of cardio. Going out of town tonite, hopefully they have some decent place to eat up there. We'll see.

    Had kind of a shitty weekend diet wise...pretty disappointed. Went out of town for a concert and had a cheat meal which is alright ...but sat and sun i ate like shit to which sucks. Mondays chest/tris/abs workout was just "ok". I still felt like shit from the weekend and woke up with a headache monday morning so motivation was lost from the get go. I still managed to do Decline Dumbells last set for 100s x 6 which i didnt think was bad.

    Diet was spot on monday...back to the old cutting grind.

    Did shoulders/traps yesterday. Lifted pretty heavy on everything again....gym was a little crowded which sucked. Also started off with abs again, did everything weighted also which was pretty killer. DOMS have been almost non existent anymore...recovery has been great. I've finally added cardio in after every workout this week...so hopefully the pounds will start coming off better. I've been doing high fat and protein....low carb all week like always so we'll see how it goes friday.

    Well I took a day off from the gym since I went like 6 times and only took sunday off last week...I figure I'm due. I ate more then I should have...nothing crazy just should have cut back a little bit since I didnt hit the gym. Oh well. Still layed off the carbs, I'll hit the gym hard today....Abs/Bis/Back and hit the cardio after as well....I'm carrying water today cuz I can feel like. Need me some cardio to get rid of it.

    So yesterday was back/bis/abs and my god...probably my best workout to date so far....I felt unstoppable. Deads were crazy today..

    475 x 1 (last set)
    455 x 3
    405 x 8
    315 x 10
    225 x 10

    Not bad. I've been doing weighted abs with my workouts this week as well.

    Today the scale still said 256...which is 4 lbs heavier then last week...probably only have myself to blame since I ate poorly fri, sat, and sunday. This weekend will be different.

    I did complexes/cardio on saturday. Sunday off. Monday did abs and cardio...didnt feel the best.

    Tues - 11/16 - I'm starting Clen /t3 with my aas. I'm going to take a before photo tonight and run this compound off and on (clen) for 4-6 weeks and see how it works. I will post my dosing later on and also a photo.

    Edit: Update - had mild shakes ont t3/clen...i expected it from what I've heard about it. Nothing crazy.
