    Sully's First Cycle Log

    I will be starting my first cycle saturday.

    Stats-
    5'8
    174 pounds
    24 years old
    3 Years Training Hard

    On Hand-
    3x 250mg/ml 10ml test e
    50x 50mg dbol
    20mg/ml 70ml Liquid Clomi
    35mg/ml 50ml Tamox

    Cycle-
    1-4: dbol 50mg ED (cutting into 4 pieces and taking at 4 different times during the day)
    1-12: 500mg test-e EW (250mg saturday morning and wednesday after work/pre gym)

    PCT-
    Liquid Clomi 50/50/50/50
    Tamox 40/40/20/20

    Help-
    Animal Pak ED
    Fish Oil ED
    900mg of Milk Thistle ED for the first 4 weeks

    Diet-
    Meal 1: scrambled eggs (12 whites and 2 yokes), 3 pieces of ezekiel bread, and OJ

    Meal 2: Grilled Chicken and Brown Rice

    Meal 3: Grilled Chicken and Brown Rice

    Meal 4: Grilled Chicken and Brown Rice

    GYM

    Post-Workout: 2:1:1 recovery (optimum nutrition)

    Meal 5: Grilled Chicken and Brown Rice

    Meal 6: scrambled eggs (8 whites and 2 yokes), 2 pieces of ezekiel bread, and OJ

    *Yes I realize its a very repetitive diet and most people would go crazy but it gives me good results and I actually like eating the same thing all the time.*

    Workouts-
    Saturday: Chest in the morning/Bi's after I eat 2 full meals after my post workout shake
    Sunday: Legs in the morning
    Monday: Shoulders after work
    Tuesday: Tri's after work
    Wednesday: Back and calves after work
    Thursday: Off
    Friday: Off

    Basically do everything at 8 GOOD reps. Almost everything I do is with free weights.

    Besides the start of my cycle, the only thing that will change come saturday will be that I will stop taking creatine.

    Pretty standard 1st cycle. Looks good to me although your diet needs some work. You have no good fats in there bro. Head over to the diet forum before you start

    u look lighter then 180 pounds to me, but neways good luck

    and for dbol, 50mg pretty high for first cycle

    i personally wouldnt go over 40mg on my first cycle, justrcoz most weight gain off dbol will be water, but i noticed u only have 50mg tabs so makes life hard for u

    He could dose it at 1/4 tab with meal 1,3,5 giving him 37.5 MG daily...that's his best bet IMO

    well JUST got done pinning myself for the first time and then took 1/4 of a 50mg dbol..

    Kind of a crazy thing injecting yourself for the first time. Just messed up with one of the needles, so tossed that needle and took a new one. Used 3 needles.. one to draw, one i messed up with (guess a bit of nerves jitters), and then another one that i actually did the injection with. I'm expecting at least a bit of pain since it was "virgin" musle.. tomorrow?

    Well I'm gonna eat an orange and then go do my chest workout. I doubt I'll feel anything different.. or will dbol kick in on the very first 12.5g?

    You won't really feel anything the first week, so don't stress it.

    It kicks in with force 10-14 days in. for me at least

    u should feel something from the dbol

    either a good pump or something, from a 15mg dose u should feel something within the hour, muscles should feel full etc

    been almost 24 hours since i injected myself for the first time. towards the end of the day yesterday i started to feel a bit of pain in the area i injected (right glute). now i barely feel anything. i'm completely new at this but i told myself to expect to feel a bit more pain for a couple of days. not complaining... obviously i'm happy.

    You're lucky if you're not feeling any pain today. Hopefully, you'll be good to go then. Good luck with the cycle.

    had my leg workout yesterday, did have a good workout but nothing special at all... I am noticing small headaches every once and awhile now (from the dbol?), not bad though..

    shoulder/trap workout last night, felt good, nothing too special, but i did notice i was able to recover a bit quicker between sets

    second injection tonight..

    second injection went smooth.. felt like i've done it a million times before..very different from how i felt doing my first injection..

    weighed in at 180 pounds.. up 6 pounds from the same time last saturday.

    Had a great chest workout, strength is definitely up from the dbol. I have no idea if the dbol is fully kicked in since this my first time..

    yup i've been having steak and a salad as my 5th meal almost every day.. sorry, forgot to mention that after my first post.

    How long before you actually started to feel the dbol kicking in? I have only been on for 4 days at 30mg per day and don't really feel anything yet, other than small headaches about an hour after each dose.

    yup i started getting the small headaches about 3-4 days in too. Weight went up around the same time. I saw a jump in power at the gym on day 7, yesterday. Saw about the same jump in strength today over last week.

    Cool. I'm day 5 now and just took another 10mg dbol and another 250mg Test inject. I hope to start feeling a little something by the end of this coming week.

    lower back has been killing me all day.. i did shoulders two days ago and tri's yesterday so i guess it has to be from the dbol?

    Bro tell me about it, I get a bad back pump from just standing up for to long. It's crazy. I'm almost happy i'll be coming off the dbol soon for this reason alone.

    You can't deny the strength/size gains are awesome as hell though!!!

    My bis have grown 1/2 inch in 3 weeks.. now that's some crazy shit dbol aint no joke!

    when did you notice the size increase? im on day 12 and i dont notice that much of a size difference but my strength has gone up a lot since about day 8

    dbol has DEFINITELY kicked in, killed my chest workout today..

    weighed in at 184.5 pounds today.. up 4.5 from last week and 10.5 from day one

    Hey bro can you post some of the gains you've done lift wise. For instance you said you killed your chest workout but what did your lifts go to/from.
