1-4: dbol 50mg ED (cutting into 4 pieces and taking at 4 different times during the day)
1-12: 500mg test-e EW (250mg saturday morning and wednesday after work/pre gym)

Diet-
Meal 1: scrambled eggs (12 whites and 2 yokes), 3 pieces of ezekiel bread, and OJ
Meal 2: Grilled Chicken and Brown Rice
Meal 3: Grilled Chicken and Brown Rice
Meal 4: Grilled Chicken and Brown Rice
GYM
Post-Workout: 2:1:1 recovery (optimum nutrition)

*Yes I realize its a very repetitive diet and most people would go crazy but it gives me good results and I actually like eating the same thing all the time.*
Workouts-
Saturday: Chest in the morning/Bi's after I eat 2 full meals after my post workout shake
Sunday: Legs in the morning
Monday: Shoulders after work
Tuesday: Tri's after work
Wednesday: Back and calves after work
Thursday: Off
Friday: Off
Basically do everything at 8 GOOD reps. Almost everything I do is with free weights.
Besides the start of my cycle, the only thing that will change come saturday will be that I will stop taking creatine.
