Get ready for all the posts telling you to use Test!
Your going to need some anti e's to run along with your gear and some clomid for post cycle.You could do something like this,
Dbol 30mgs/day weeks 1-4
Deca 400mgs/wk weeks 1-10
Clomid three weeks after last shot, 300 day1/100 days 2-11/ 50 days 12/21.

Ok here is what i'll do .
8 wks
1-4 dbol 30 mg/ed
1-8 Deca 400 mg/wk
1-8 Test Enanthate 500mg/wk
This is called Bread and Butter stack , it will pack on some solid weight and also don't forget about running Anti E's such as Armidex and HCG and Clomid to keep ur gains!

At 30 years old you could probably just run as Red5 said and not have to worry too much about Deca Dick without test... using 400mg/wk or under of Deca.
But I would keep some Test Prop on hand or available to finish the cycle just incase "problems" do occur... and you need some kind of sex drive back ;)

It takes about 2 weeks to get your endogenous testosterone levels back up... depending on how easily your system lets you recover, you should get at least 30 tabs of Clomid. If you find you have a hard time with recovery it would be okay to run Clomid during the cycle too (@ 50mg per day).
You don't need anti-e's - you need an LH stimulator post cycle. Deffinitly add Clomid - trust me, after a run with Norandrolone you hit the gutter. And you need the added support to keep your gains. At 215 lbs I would also suggest you frontload the Deca the first week at 600mgs.
