First ever cycle testoviron and deca
i had just started my first ever cycle with testoviron 500 mg and deca 200 mg per week...the cycle has been startd 2 weeks ago but i kant see any gains yet...i need serious help...if anyone can do i can send him my pic...and then you can give me better suggestions...but telling u the truth my body bloats and theres no muscle at all NO SHAPE...it just looks like im getting fat:S

Your diet is probably pretty bad, also you should have ran test only for a first cycle. What do you have planed for pct? also give us your stats....

hey sir,
no my diet is pretty fine high protein...
sir im 6 feet 25 years age and 85kgs...
the thing is i had started the cycle two weeks ago..if u say i can drop deca now...but i want to see the muscle on my body.,..plz suggest,.

lots of protein does not constitute a good diet. Whats your bf%?
If possible layout a smaple of one days diet....
Also it takes 4-6 weeks for those compounds to peak.

meal 1:
6 egg whites,.,
one cup oatmeal...
meal 2:
2 scoops whey protein..50 g...
meal 3ne scoop whey protein...
meal 4:0.5 kg chicken steam.
meal 5:fish and chiken...
meal 6:again chiken..
meal 7:5 pieces wheat bread...
just want to get muscle so not taking calories or meet,,,

Those compounds are both known for bloating somewhat, you could run a low dose of adex to counter that. To build muscle you will need to eat alot more carbs. I suggest you post up your diet for critique in the diet section. You will get alot more help there.
