second cycle need help trying to gain weight
hello all im trying to put on weight im 5'6 25yrs old 145 lbs all muscle i bench 225 8x i need to put on weight im currently taking primo and tren acetate both every other day at 1cc this is my second week into it im eating accordingly and eating everything that is posted that is posted on the diet frum i need the help of you genius veterans i want to weight at least 180 by feburary of 2010 please help me tell me what stacks i need how to take them aand what to eat. all help welcomed thanks guys

I'd definitely have some test in the mix if you're going to be running tren .
what was your first cycle?
and honestly, 35lbs in 3.5months sound pretty unreasonable, unless you don't care about gaining fat as well.

help
my first cycle was deca , test enathate and masteron and i gained 20lbs of that and after i took a mth off and was able to still keep 15lbs i was a rookie then i have an idea now please help me this is my diet
First meal, 7 am:
8 oz. oatmeal 25 155 18 880
0.6 1 skim milk, 0.3% fat 21 29 2 240
0.2 1 orange juice --- 18 --- 80
3 oz. grapes 1 17 --- 70

econd meal, 10.30 am:
10 oz, whole wheat bread 18 120 6 600
4 oz. cheese, 12% fat 22 5 10 200
0.51 kefir milk 20 20 4

Third meal, 2.00 pm:
8 oz. brown rice 22 170 6 850
