also, be careful eating so much tuna since it has a high mercury content

for your last meal with those eggs, try to change those into egg whites to cut out some of the fat. use olive oil butter, it has the better fat in it which u need

Tuna fact granted LOL i have been eating a lot of it and am aware of mercury content, i generally do 2 days tuna, one or 2 days off and raplace with beef or chicken.

Im using butter at the moment but have been using an oil in thepast, just love the taste of the butter tho.

As far as i am in a heavy bulking phase at the moment dont you think im ok with the high fat meal before bed. Theory here is to slow digestion with high fat meal and increase calorie intake, and not wasting a load of protien in the yolkes.

well theres good and theres bad fat, you want to stay away from trans fat obviously. it all depends on your goals as well as how your diet will break down from your body type and what your goals are

you do need fat, they make your muscle grow, but like i said the good ones...

most of protein in the eggs are in the whites

have you had any help on your diet and have you figured out all the macros? ie protein, carb, fat intake/day

i understand what you re saying about the fats before bed, some peop have a fast metabolism and can have a high fat content and be alright. ofcourse all that is dependant on a lot of things

NO help as such, just trial and error really.

Shooting for 40g pro, 60ishg Carbs, Fats just rely on fat in beef, eggs and use some oils. Not sure on the macro Ratio tho, that is per meal.

My theory is this(for me), keep protein around 40-50g per meal 6 or 7 meals a day,

i work my carb intake in cups,ie. 1.5 cups for rice meals, 2 cups for pasta meals, if i ante gaining weight add half a cup more to every meal, if im gaining too fast then its easy to reduce by half or a quarter of a cup untill you feel like you are making god gains.

im sure if you stay strict to your diet it will yield soe good gains, if not then u tweak it and learn!

what weight u tryin to get up to with this cycle?

its do able man, hanging on to your gains is a lot easier when you re eating clean and making lean mass gains. ofcourse along with good training on and off your cycle

Right On I'll be following along, and YEAH they hate that. When I was doing Low Carb I went to a Sushi Place and destroyed their Sushi, they told me I will have to pay for it if I keep doing that. haha So I just hid the rice in a napkin.

hey baseline do you mind throwing in the numbers on a few of your lifts. Doesn't have to be super specific with every set, but maybe just your best set of the week for Deadlifts, squats, bench, etc. I always like watching those progress

otherwise good work keep it up

surely this has to be the extra cals putting on weight as test e is very unlikely to have kicked in yet???

my diet now is pretty much the same it was previous to my cycle starting, maybe an extra 500 cals a day, however thst would only contribute to 1 lb of gains a week.

5 lbs a week is equal to an extra 2500 cals a day, on top of my maintanance cals, there is no way my cals have gone up by 2500 a day lol

weight just seems to keep going and going lol

will note my lifts down 4 ya, squated on tuesday, first time i have back squated in 8 weeks as i have been front squating, previously 140kg for 5 reps, on tuesday got 8 at 140kg.

Not sure is this is from the gear or from developing better quads from front squats??

Ihave never been a big lifter, just make sure in feeling the movement and use perfect form

thts not an exact science, theres variables involved such as water weight

I have decided that i am going to slightly reduce my calorie intake as i want to make solid gains and not fat.

To do this i will change to semi skimmed milk and reduce some carbs on not training days.

Im sure that i could get it done tho. I have no idea what GP means but in UK I believe there should be no problem to go in a private lab asking for a blood work.

Anyway, if you have money for your cycle and related food you must also have money for your blood work! Just my 2 cents...
