e-stane and x-trene cycle log
Im on my third day of e-stane and x-trene cycle by CEL. Just thought i would start logging my results for future refrence and to maybe get advise as i go. So ill keep an updated day by day almost of my routines and how i feel or if theres any sides.
STATS:
29yo
5-10
170#
BF 12-13%
Traing 2 years.
One cycle previous, TEST 400mg and DECA 300mg
Goals Lean muscle mass.
Cycle:
E-stane 2caps/3caps/3caps/4caps
x-trene 2/caps/3caps/3caps/4caps
Cycle surrpot with protein shake twice a day
Milk thistle 3000mg twice a day.
I also take multi one a day, arginine, fish oils, vitamin c, bcaa's, and no shotgun.
Day 1 Legs routine:
1. Squats 135x12 185x12 225x10 275x6
2. Leg Press 540x12 590x10 610x8 (weight are just what i put on not sure what the machine has)
3. Stiff leg dead lifts 135x12 155x10 175x9
4. Reverse curls 50x12 90x10 110x8
5. lying curls 50x12 70x10 90x8
6. Hack squat 90x12 140x10 160x6
Day 2 Chest Routine:
1. incline db 50x15 60x13 65x12 75x8 (messed up on weights here ill fix next time)
2. flat db 65x12 70x10 80x8
3. Decline bar 185x10 190x8
4. Pec dec fly 130x2 155x12
5. Cable fly 6x10 5x12 4x12
Day 3 Back routine:
Wide grip pull ups....2 sets 10 each as a warm up
1. Dead lifts 135x12 185x6 205x 4
2. Bentover row Machine 70x12 90x8 110x8
3. Front lat machine 90x6 70x10 80x8 (new machine so tested it out)
4. db row 65x12 65x12 75x8
5. Lat pull down 130x12 155x10
6. Behind the neck 100x12 115x10
7. Standing lat pull down 40x12 55x12 drop set into 40x12
I do have before pics, if i should post now or later at then end of the cycle.
Im going to take pics each week as i go. Thanks guys for reading and advice or whatever is greatly welcome!

IMO a consistent dosage would be better then tapering up.

You're pretty skinny. 170 is quite small... especially for someone who just finished a test/deca cycle.

A consistand dose would be way better. Run 3 caps of each for 4 weeks. Basically you will be running a "Spawn" cycle. And yeah, post a pic

Ok thanks guys, i will start taking 3 caps a day starting today. As for my weight when i finished test/deca i weighed 185 and started it at 165. I know still small but i did it. I am now 170. Heres my pics as of yesterday.

I like to taper up with my cycles....Call me strange. I have always tapered up and have gotten pretty good results..... I think if you taper up your body does not get accustomed to the dose and therefor your receptors don't get satuated as fast as staying at a steady dose...Correct me if I am wrong I want to get the best out of my cycle as well!!!!!!
You are looking good, shoulders and arms look really good.
P.S. Looking at your nipples hurts mine!!!! and you should wait and do Milk Thistle with PCT not during the cycle....

Thanks okinawa. I have been following your thread on your cycle too. Was going to pm you my next day off and see hows it going.
So you dont think i look too small for 170 huh?
The nipples arent too bad! Girls love them though.
Finished test/deca cycle maybe 4 months ago. Lost my source, so thats why i am going to ph for now. I moved to a new city and i dont know anyone, so i thought it would be the perfect time to focus on dieting and training.
My pct for that cycle was the same as this cycle.
Clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20
Milk thistle after cycle on pct huh? Ok perfect i will save it then.
Tapering....now im confused on what to do though. I totally understand and agree with you okinawa but i dont have any input on to why. Only thing i would say is i take it like i would train. Go up in wieght as sets go on.

So im on day 5. Feeling good, My vascularity is definately coming back. Just got JAck3d also. Ran out of shotgun so decided to try it out. Very good so far. No sides for the cycle yet either. I have acne anyways so hard to tell about that. otherwise feeling damn good!
Fourth workout Shoulders
military press (smith) 95x15 135x12 165x8 185x5
Behing neck press (smith) 95x12 105x10 115x6
Hammer strength press (Weight on each side) 70x12 80x10
Shrugs barebell 185x12 215x8 225x6 dropped 185x6
Shrug machine 180x12 200x10 240x10
Lying face down bench lateral db 20x12 20x10 25x10
Well im going to keep posting and see where this goes. If anyone is interested. I might be over training i know. Im going to try and keep in to 10-12 sets from now on.
I am also taking 3 caps each day.

Goode glad everything is going good. Are you going to run 3 caps a day for 30 days? I am going up to 4 caps on Wednesday and will taper down the last week. Something new that I want to try......You're workouts look good. Let me know how the strength gains are coming.

Okinawa, Im still undeceied about tapering. You say you like it and the other guys says stay consistent. I will take 3 for one more week and see where im at then.
As for the strength gains, i am very curious on these also. Couple factors going with it though. For the last 3 weeks before cycle i was doing light weight high reps. And i just moved to a new gym. So still feeling everything out. Thats why im logging everything i do.
Hows your cycle? Sides? Strength?

My cycle is going ok.....My strength is going up and my joints are not hurting as much as they used to. I am only 10 days into the cycle and I have gained 9lbs so it is not that bad. I don't feel like I am bulking though.....You know when you bulk you get that full look when you look in the mirror?? I don't have that look...I look like I am cutting.....My waist is going down and my abs are showing more and more.....I am not complaining but I am not used to this from a bulk cycle......We shall see where it goes....It may be from the SARM S4 that I am taking so we shall see.....Keep me posted on how you are feeling with your cycle......

yeah just caught up on your cycle, you shoulders are incridible bro! And yeah i totally understand though, you do look cut, espeacilally with the amount of cals your taking in.
Im going to tapering with the cycle too. Just saw what exactly your doing....with 4 caps by 2.5 weeks and then 2 by the end of the cycle. Definately makes sence

Day 6 Arms starting weight was 171. Was wondering on this cycling, i know its a lean mass builder. I am eating little under maintence, should i continue like that or start bulking more? Okinawa is still getting cut he says eating 4300 cals lol. Just a curious question.
Felt great today, elbows got sore from the tri workouts though, not sure if it the joint pains or not. Definition and vasucality is coming out alot now. Feel tight and strong! Good endurance too.

Day number 8. Feeling great, no sides. Body feels really tight now. Pushing myself really hard rescently. Always sore. Hopefully thats a good thing. Pushing more weight the next time on that muscle group. Starting to take 4 caps a day today. Going to do this for 2 weeks.
Day 7 Cardio day. (cardio still sucks, thought i would have more motivation but i didnt that day lol)
Stepper. Level 7 fat burning routine. 15mins (136 cals)
Treadmill speed starting 3.5 and topped at 4.5. Increased incline every 2 minutes till i got to the max then dropped in down slowly. 17mins (145 cals burned)
Bike Level 7 rpm at 100-110. 15mins (125 cals)
45 mins total cardio. Hated it to btw! lol
Day 8 Legs starting weight 174....gained 4 pounds so far.
Leg press 540x10 630x8 680x7
Squats 185x10 245x8 285x6
Str8 leg deads 155x10 175x8 185x6
Leg extention 150x8 180x8
Reverse leg curl (hams) 95x10 125x8
Felt really good today, love doing legs. Just wish i had a partner for spots and more motivation!

Diet is going good toph. Besides missing a meal here and there. I have been eating almost the exact same thing for the past 2 weeks. Alchohol is there at times. 2-3 drinks about once or twice a week. I know its bad but, having some problems in my life and the gym isnt cutting it anymore. If you want more details pm me lol.
Question on the deit too.....ok im a chef so i have acess to alot. So my nightly meal has been filet migon and pesto. Pesto is made with 3 cups spinach, 3 cups basil, Extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, and i put maybe 1/4 cup parm. But this makes like 20 servings at least. I think thats a good add for the fats.? If this looks wrong let me know and ill change it.
think you answered this before also...but hows the cardio look? If i do that 2-3 times a week?

<-------No drinking while on cycle.....Bad Idea......You are taxing the shit out of your liver and hindering your gains.....Think like this for every 2 hours your in the gym busting your ass once you take that one drink you are taking 8 hours of gym time away........Trust me I used to be an alcoholic......If you need someone to talk to we are here for you!!! Don't waste your life away like I did for over 4 years.......

Ok okinawa, i do trust you guys, and to be honest been very depressed lately, not going to throw my garbage out there though. I do appriciate everyones help. I look up to most of the people on here. Everyone here is trying to help with everyones well being.
But i been dealing with this alone for so long time so i will continue to do so. Out of sight out of mind type of thing. Just need to get everything out of my head. Cycleing helps because it keeps me focused on one thing all the time.
The drinking i totally understand what you guys are saying and im glad you are clean now also. I used to do some drugs back in the day...have an addictted personality. Thats why now im addictted to the gym!! Sober for about 7 years. I used to have a cook that worked for me, he was old school body builder/competitor. But i mean old school thoughts. He used to do deca only cycles, no pct and no break in between. This was 10+ years ago. He was telling me he used to drink vodka to tighten his muscles up before competing. I know its not right but thats where i got the idea.
i honestly appriciate everyones help on everything!

Felt really good lifting but head wasnt in it today. Went to the gym 2 hours after my usual. Just wasnt used to it.
I seem to be stronger in db then bb. I was curious if theres someone out there lifting say 205 on flat barbell 8-10x that can tell me what they put up on dumbbells? I can probablly hit 90's db on both incline and flat if i had a spot there. Im doing the 85's with no spot. i might bench 225 4x though right now. Any ideas on this?

I have benched 405 x 1 before and can get the 145 DB for 6 reps so I don't think they relate any. For DB you have to balance it more then with BB so I think because of that they say it is a harder exercise. I like both of them. I think if you think you can bench the 90s with no prob you should hit 225 for at least 4. Give it a try......Bench for a lot of people are like squats to me....I am scared to death of squats......Get over 495 and it is a mental thing with me........All that weigh on your back........Scares me......

True, i guess it could be a mental thing. And i always try for 225 on the third or fourth set. Never second. I should try it next week. I was getting 245x6 on my test/deca cycle which felt amazing!!!! Being only 175 at the time i did it too. Oh well, still got some work to do i guess.
Okinawa, what clen product are you going to use....arr or the other banner on the page...or even something different?

Keep the alchohol out of your system especially when cycling, your liver is working hard and you are not doing it 0any favors. Also alchohol suppresses test for 72 hours and raises estrogen. These are things you are using drugs to help control, not hinder. Also your friend was correct about the alchohol in contest. We use wine to sip on before stage but this is only a little and for a purpose, not to drowned our sorrows!! Stay strong and dont let the alchohol dictate how you live!....TOP

I hear you top thanks for the concern. i am not letting in dictate my life by any means....like i said 2-3 drinks once a week. But im going to stop totally. Dont want to hurt myself and ruin this cycle. Thanks for the advice.
Continuing on day 9 which was chest in the morining that already posted. Went back at night and did 35mins cardio. Split between 15mins stepper and 20 mins on the bike. Finish the cardio up with 3 games full court basketball. Felt great and havent played in 2-3 years. Hanging on the rim now finally!! Legs are paying off.
Day 10 Back (didnt weigh in today)
Bent row machine (warm up 70x12) 90x10 100x8 112.5x6
Forget the name of machine, grips up high, weight behind you and you pulling at angle toward your lats. Weight on each side. 90x10 100x8 115x6
Dead lifts 185x10 205x8 225x5
Row mach 135x12 165x8 180x7
Lat pull down 135x10 135x8
Finished with standing lat pull down. 55x10 55x10
Feeling good, very tight, seems like im gaining mass. Weight increasing slowly.
Question for okinawa?? I know your taking sarms s4 for joint support. But is that a side of these products? I am hurting in my joints and different odd places. Shins are killing me and knees are sore. Have a pain in my pecs near sternum (was hard rest on the pad for bent rows today) And the worse is the top of the forearm muscle right on the elbow area. Sore for the past 2 days, hurts to flex, not sure if i pulled something or trainging extra hard. Just throwing it out there, maybe it jsut me. But definately not feeling 100%.
Should i think about getting some type of joint support?

When taking Tren /Stane it dries you up really bad, so your joints are prone to hurting. You have to take some type of joint support with this cycle.

I would say start bulking cuz I bulked on x-tren and actually lost bf while gaining mass.. X-tren is amazing I ran it at 120mg/day though

Also picked up some joint support in the form of GLUCOSAMINE 750MG, CHONDROITION 600MG AND MSM 250MG all in one pill. (horse pill!)
Not even sure if anyone keeping track, but ill keep posting for my keeps.

Hey Bro I'm following along! I just wanted to say, you might want to start with your big compound movements first. I know everyone has their preference, but I would say try starting with deadlifts first! Its great for mass building for back, but also stimulates a lot of process throughout the body, so you want your back, and forearms fresh so you can pull as heavy as you can.
And as for Joint Support, not everyone is a big fan, but try to triple dose the glucosamine, so about 6 pills, 3x AM 3x PM. And Fish Oil did wonders for my joint pain. Make sure it fits into your macro calories, but I was drinking about 2 tbsp a day. Or if I use capsules anywhere from 9 - 12 pills/day.
Back is looking good, I would throw in some wide grip back exercises to try to widen it a little more.

Big K thanks for the advice brother. I actually did get the triple threat, think i posted it up. But they told me only take 2 a day for the first week then drop to one a day.
And i usally try to do my compound movements first. Its just since im logging everything i am looking at pervious week and trying to switch it up. I dont want to not do dead lifts. So i tried to throw it in the middle. Next week it will be first again. Thats why i always do my pull downs last.
Should i do wide grip rows? Wheres your grip on dead lifts?

Goode just do the basic movements for back. Try this routine:
Thickness:
BB Bent over rows
T-Bar rows
Seated Rows
DB One arm Rows
Width:
Reverse BB Rows
Wide Grip T-Bar
Pull Downs
Pull Ups
Alternate this routine every week or every time you work back....This will add thickness and width to your back.
You are looking nice and thick and vascular at the same time!!!!! Keep up the great work...

Day 14 off day, went in to do abs before a double at work. I Have to count and weigh all the meat in the resturant on sundays so i do enough lifting and moving these days. Its over 2500 pounds of meat.

First off like to say i got a great laugh today at the gym. This guy walks in. Obvious he jucies. I mean his triceps are the size of my quads!!! Bout 6-2 6-3....maybe 250 absouletly soild!!! But hes wearing a shirt with big bold letters "DIANABOL ". Just thought this was funny, and advertising your business. Anyways just thought i would share that.

Felt great, legs feel like jello now!!! Still no sides. I mean i am having vivid dreams but not sure if that from the cycle. Acne i have but always do. Sore joints are subsiding because of joint support. Other then that felt amazing today. Chest on wed. Cant wait!!
Any critque on routine?? Forget the guys name that had the video on youtube, but he is a body builder professional. Looked like a great routine. Figured it wasnt over training. Since i did around 12 sets on each muscle.
