I'm 162lbs 5'11. and my first cycle was composed of deca 1cc (12 wks) sus 3/5 cc every other day(14 wks).
I liked the results, gained 12lbs and pretty good muscle mass.
Now after reading about other options for a second cycle i have come to too many options. all i want is to add more muscle mass and weight. Is it advisable to do the same deca/sus cycle or what's another good cycle for gain?
