Sup boys, so I started my cycle 2 wks ago this is what im running.
First stats:
ht-5'9"
wt-210lbs
4th real cycle, ive done 3 cycles of test with and oral, and a few cycles of phs. All done with proper pct and i took a good amount of time off so I have some good knowlage and good expirenece.
Ive been training for 7 yrs
Wk 1-4 Dbol 50mg/day

My diet is a straight dirty bulk I eat anything I want, Ive always been lean so i can eat pretty dirty im about 7-8%bf right now. Aiming for 4,000-4,500 cals a day, 200-250g protein, 350-400g carbs (I love carbs). So far ive put on 10lbs and my strenght is crazy I know its just the dbol but I love it my appetite is crazy as well.
This will be a detailed log, Im going to max every two weeks to show my strength increases and I will log ALL side effects expirenced. BodPod testing will be done to show water, bf, and lbm %.
