Stats are:
5'10'' ( 1,77m )
167.2 LBS ( 76 kg )
bf: 13%
Age:"-"

Next monday I am gonna start with my first cycle:
It will be:

Test P 100mg eod 1 to 3 (kickstart)
Test E 500mg E/w 1 to 12
Deca 200mg E/w 1 to 10 weeks

Nolva 14-17 20mg e/d

Goal is 195lb ( 10 kg gain )

food: 4500kcal+ ( mostly 5000kcal 400grams of protein, 600 grams of kh's and 100/150 grams of fat. )

Hold on there Rambo, before you jump the gun and "kick ass" there are a couple of things your should consider first...

you shouldn't need deca for a first cycle... even @ a low dosage.

i'm assuming you are using it for it's therapeutic benefits?

you should stop being a pus*sy and shoot prop @ 75mg ED = ~525mg EW. I like to keep my keep my prop + enan dosage constant when kick-starting.

Your PCT is subpar, especially if using deca. get some clomid.

nolvadex 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/25

^^ run the pct under that protocol.

where is your HCG???

What's your age? and what's your BF? you aren't particularly big for 5'10...

Why clomid with Nolva?
Im not running HCG in my cycle, only at higher dosages.
bf = 13% does a person has to be big like 5'10" by 240lbs before using steroids? then there is no need for use steroids anymore hehe

Some BB forums don't suggest it. They are dumb. Research for yourself, and you'll understand quickly why using a combination of both is better.

Clomid is another SERM that you should use in combination with Nolvadex in order to restart your HPTA. It's the king of SERMS. Use google if you have any more questions about it.

You should be using HCG if you're using something extremely suppressive like deca. but whatever, it's your balls, if you want them to shrink then thats your prerogative.

Im using test Deca because I don't wanne use the regular cycles and wanne stack Test with something I surgest Dboll but that's mostly temperar and deca isn't ( with a good dieet )

Not a problem, your English is pretty good, don't worry about it.

Ok. Well honestly I would hold off on deca for now, perhaps use it in your next cycle. Since it's your first cycle you should grow like a weed off test only.

how about doing a cycle like this:

Test-Prop (weeks 1 - 3 ) @ 75mg each day
Test-Enan (weeks 1 - 12) @ 500mg each week
Test-Prop (weeks 13 - 14) @ 75mg each day

and then start the PCT 3 days after the last injection of prop.

Bro I'm trying to explain... don't use deca! I don't how to make this any clearer. You shouldn't need to stack multiple compounds for a first cycle.. IMO it should only be Test-E (weeks 1 - 12)... but you can use prop for a kicker if you want..
