First Cycle - Never worked out
Hi everyone and welcome to my thread.
This will be my first ever cycle and it will be the firs time that i have really ever been to the gym. I have decided i cant be bothered putting on 4kg in a month so im gonna run a cycle. having a slow Christmas week, gym prob only twice.
My stats
Age: 23
Height: 6,0
Weight: 68.5kg / 151lbs
bodyfat: dunno 6~9% edit*04/12/09 its prob 9~12%
Cycle
Dianabol : 50mg/day weeks 1-4 (Made by: Wildcat Research Laboratories)
Test E: 500mg/week weeks 1-10 (Made by: LP Pharmaceuticals)
PCT
Novla 40/20/20 weeks 11-13 (Made by: Wildcat Research Laboratories)
Gym 5days per week (warm up 2000meters on rowing machine per day)

Day 1 of 70, went well been eating all day. Def felt bit of rage in the gym today. Felt like i had lot of energy. I injected the the test e on Thursday midnight. I think my right ass cheek has swollen up a bit. it def hurts. my appitite has exploded... i just can stop eating, musta ate 5000 caleries today and taken 150 grames of protein. also drank about 4 litters of water. looking forward to day 2. i have noticed the added stress my tendons will come under durring the cycle, going to have to constantly watch it.
Day 2 of 70, didnt sleep at all last night, felt as though i have been shot in my ass where i injected. its 12:24 and i still in bed, just had a shower, i cant put my boxers on with the pain. musta made a mistake with the injection. missed gym only one db taken. barely ate
Day 3 of 70, ass still is in major pain, need to taken second shot tomorrow, researched i might of hit a nerve or i just got got a good nights sleep, hope if fit for the gym tomrrow. invested in a can of deep heat, i see what these roids do. some potential, im up 1kg, no gym today 0 dbs taken. hope injection gose well or i wont be able to walk. tempted to load up on pain killers and press on. no gym today.
-----Cycle stopped------ too much pain----restart next week----- (one 250mg shot & 5 10mg dbol whole week)

Day 0-70; Weighed in at 70.0 kg, so i am up 1.5kg since last week even with the disaster of last week. gonna get some new photos taken with friends camera i cant find the lead of mine.
Day 1-70; TAKE TWO. OK new needles arrived today, they fitted perfectly on to my 1ml syringes. I have come to the understanding that the reason why it was so painful is because i used 1/2inch needles that came with my syringes. So i have bought some 22g 1.5inch. Much better suction out of them too. Hit the gym at 12 mid day. Back on the Dbol 50mg per day. Appetite has also exploded again. Looking forward to tomorrow. Gonna take some new pictures with friends camera.
Day 2-70; Went down to the gym today, first time Ive trained back so had to learn a couple of new techniques. Bit of pain in the injection site today, nothing like last week. Still no where near putting me out of the gym. I have felt a lot weaker this weak than last week in the gym. I don't have the same aggression and sustained energy. Have booked a personal trainer for next wed. I think im gonna go back to the gym and do today's exercise again, dont think my body is in enough pain. Maybe lighter weights and slower would be an improvement.
----Cycle stopped again, went home for the Christmas holidays, --------------------
----My intention was to continue back in ireland even posted my gear back, but the gym was too far away and i ended up going on the drink for 3weeks, missed the personal trainer. I also had too much uni work to do at the last min so had to get that done----------

Day 0; TAKE THREE.....lol. Gym Again Tomorrow. should get my phone fixed by the end of the week so pictures soon. just shot 1ml test e, £100 spent on food.
Day 1; Gym Session went well, i didnt do the normal 2000m on the rowing machine for a warm up in a bid to conserve energy, session went well, def feel it. no pain from glute so all is well.
Day 2; Gym session went well, was considering going twice yesterday but i felt it today...all is well. was training back, i dont think i have any back muscles lol. i had alot of trouble trying to do the dead lift and keep my back straight lol. phone screen arrived today should get those photos up later. i want to get photos up soon, the last 2 days in the gym have pumped my muscles they looked far worse when they where relaxed.
Day 3; Went on the drink last night, spent a whole load of money i dont have....missed gym today just spent the day in bed. goin out again tonight.
Day4,5,6, Drinking session turned into a 4 day bender, ended up in the casino, lap dancing up a few times over the few days. Spent more money i dare count. havnt been to the gym since day 2, my food order never arrived should be here tonight. restart again tomorrow. stopped the dbol on day 3.........bloody disaster. Pinned before bed
Day 7, First day back to the gym in a while, ran the dbol again today, havnt done that since day 3....things are going well...only took 3 dbol today....weiged myself in at 74.5kgs....wtf....
Day 8, Got a fair bit of pain in my jaw last night, went to the doctor, though the roids had seriouly ****ed me. Turns out ive contracted mumps disease even though ive been vaccinated against it. looks like its two weeks in bed. unreal

Alright lads im back, the mumps i contracted spread to my nuts and it took them a while to come back online, thought id give it a few months before i start juicing. i took some photos but i seem to have lost them.
Day 1; 250mg test e taken late in the day at 1700. pulled an all nighhter to get abit of coursework done so got up late today. shud finish the day with 1hr in the gym, 30mg dbol and eating 4 times. Back from gym; i am prob the weakest person in there lol
Day 2, gym went well today although the scales where broke, poped to argos for a set. got up quite late, went out didnt get back till 4am (didnnt drink)
Day 3, gym went well, haven't made it to day 3 before lol. hopefully get photos sorted soon.
Day 4; rest
Day 5; bad day in gym, only did half my exercises because it was too busy & need a squating partner.
Day 6; good day

A light bulb should of went off in your head. That maybe this is not the best idea you have ever had.
You have much to learn before AAS will help you. You have to understand how to lift, and how to eat. Until then you are wasting you money with AAS.

Oh he'll be fine, a little lactating never hurt anyone. Oh and he needs to make sure he runs a solid PCT with Caber/letro/clomid. Run the clomid at 300-400mg per day for about 4 weeks or until completely blind.

I distroyed the cycle, i used a 1/5 inch pin in the glute. So the pain was too unbearable. gonna restart the cycle one week

i don't know a whole lot regarding different cycles and stuff but hell if you start it up and you hardly workedout all this natural potential is gone.. what a waste. Fail boat picture suits the thread.

IM IN... I put of doing my first cycle 8 months ago listening to the advice from these guys and have already gone from 140lb to 170lb at 5'9 naturally (could have been more if I didnt loose 10lb in a month living on rice and fish heads), now I can see they were wrong and I want you to be my mentor from here on in.
I didnt plan on starting my first cycle any time soon but you have given me inspiration im going to follow your cycle to a tee starting in 5 minutes, can you post your workouts for me and full diet too, so we can smoke the gym together.

Id also recommend SHELFING the Dbol for a real strength kick, but probably up it to
