    Deca

    I am going to start my first cycle on Deca should I build up to 400mg or just start off with it?

    Neither, if you are sure on the 400mg maintenance dose (seeing how you have given no personal stats or whether this is inconjuction with a stack, ... ) then frontload decanoate the first week. Like this: 800/400/400/400/400/400/400/400/...
