    Test prop and Tren Ace for cutting

    just started a cutting cycle of test prop and tren ace

    test prop - 500mgs/ week
    tren ace - 300mgs/ week

    arimadex - 1 tablet every other day

    nolvadex and clomid are on hand and proviron as well for pct

    diet - 2500 calories per day (5 meals, only 2 containing carbs)

    supplements:
    - ON 100% Gold Standard Whey
    - animal pak
    - amino acids
    - BCAA's
    - L- Arginine 3g/day
    - L-Tyrosine 3g/day
    - L-Glutamine 10-15g / day
    - ***** 3-6-9 2 caps / day
    - Milk Thistle 500mg/day
    - Acai Berry 10g/day

    Stats:

    6'2 , 205lbs , 16-17% bf

    Goal - Cut down and get lean at 190-195 lbs
    increase strength , and decrease bf to 10-12%

    pictures will be posted soon, and full details of diet as well

    if anybody recommends any changes or additions feel free to comment

    first there are a lot of things missing... age, and cycle experence,diet, work out splits and pics

    so you are trying to cut down your weight by taking steroids? how bout save what you have get your diet right buy some clen, and do some cardio

    your trying to take two very powerful drugs to do majic... look tren is a very strong drug that put on lean hard dry muscle that means gaining weight (yes, you matiblism with be juming thru the roof- but def not the drug to loos wieght) prop will def make you gaing weight (prop and tren are great cutters when used togather- but that doesnt mean jenny craig diet)

    so you are using steroids and eating a 2500 cal diet? why? go look up diet videos and listen to milos - just do it - ok, shut up adn do it now!!!

    and for all those sups they are crap !!! a wast of time!!! the protien and the aminos are fine but eat food and eat right foods...

    good luck - no wait luck wont help you on this one... you need to read and read and read - if you dont want to read then u will waste you time, money and hurt you self in the long and short term...

    what are you doing for pct - what is pct?
