    1st cycle(Test E and Winstrol Depot injects)

    Stats:
    6'2
    278lbs
    28 years old

    I started this cycle around 262 lbs and this is my 6th week out of 12. My plan is 500mg of Test E for 10 weeks. In week 5, i started 50mg of winstrol depot per day as well. Weeks 11 and 12 will be winstrol only

    Is this much weight gain a bad thing or normal? I used to be over 400lbs. Got down to 255lbs in october of this year. I dont have a belly..just loose skin.

    My goal was to get bigger as Im trying to wrestle for the WWE. I had a few tryouts with them and they said I needed more muscle.

    Ive attached some pics of me in the 250's and then some not so great quality pics from this past week. Can you let me know if Im doing ok?

    Diet is 2500-2800 calories per day. 260-280 grams of protein

    I workout Mon-Friday. Heavy weights and 20-30 mins of cardio

    Any help would be appreciated

    another question

    on another note...my biceps seem to be the only part really lacking...any ideas to break that?

    You may have too much sodium in your diet, my first cycle ever I ballooned up to an unbelievable 267lbs (230 in my avatar). It was all a diet problem, the other thing that helped kill the bloat was an ai like adex.

    Thanks for replying. How do the pics look?

    Heres my diet:
    10 egg whites
    1/2 cup dry oatmeal
    2tbsp peanut butter(this is pre workout)

    Post workout:
    protein shake
    1/2 cup oatmeal

    meal 3:
    2 chicken breats
    cup of brown rice

    meal 4: protein shake
    apple

    Meal 5: 2 chicken breasts
    1 cup brown rice

    Meal 6: Can of tuna
    Protein shake
    1 lowfat yogurt

    I drink one gallon of water a day

    I posted when i first joined as a new memeber giving my stats but didnt start a cycle or anything.
