    deca/oxy/test enanthate course...

    thinking 50mg oxy each day first week, 100mg each day second to fourth weeks....
    1.5ml deca 200 monday and thursday....so 600mg a week for 10 weeks...
    2ml test e 250 monday and thursday...so 1000mg a week for 12 weeks.....

    ....how does that sound for a mass/strength cycle.....any advice geatly appreciated....

    trained for twenty years now, 40 yrs old, taken three oral only courses and one injectables in that time. big, strong weightlifter rather than bodybuilder. last course was over a year ago and was oxy/deca /test and got good gains from it......

    i start jabs monday coming, will keep y'all posted...

    I never disurage but that sounds like a cycle for Andre The Giant. Hope your a big boy. Maybe take some EQ for your tendons. Your gonna be bech pressing bull dozers.

    yeah am a big guy....course was fine, decent strength gains..been off for months now, looking at another course....am not a bodybuilder, just train for strength but this time im gonna watch diet and do more cardio...would like to get down to a solid(er) 20st/280lb...no joint pain but then iv been lifting heavy for years so its not like iv made sudden leaps and stressed my tendons etc.. 41 yrs old now...deadlifting 250kg for 5 reps, bench 180kg for 6..almsot as strong as i used to be when i was young, stupid and natural...!! haha..i know those poundages are nothing compared to what some of you guys achieve but im happy with it...
