    Dbol/Test Prop 2nd cycle mini log w/pics

    Stats
    24
    15%bf
    173 lbs
    5'9.5

    Started Feb: 5th
    Dbol- weeks 1-4 40mg (20/20 each day)
    Test Prop- weeks 1-10 50mg ED

    PCT
    Got Tamox & clomid from ar-r

    Have adex on hand just in case/ Was going to run 0.25 mg eod but i havent needed it so I didnt

    Feb 27th
    181 lbs
    17% bodyfat (not sure if this is accurate possibly water weight effected test)
    still 5'9.5

    Strength is going up slightly
    Doesnt appear on the outside that I am suffering from bloat but I have clearly gained some water based on weight increase

    Sex or masturbation at least once a day

    Body parts falling asleep all the time

    ED shots starting to hurt a bit when pushing in the pin



    I have been working out M-F Shoot glutes

    Sat,Sun shoot delts


    Unfortunatly I didnt take a pic right before I started but I was close to the last 3 pics


    Diet: Been tough but have been eating anywhere from 75%-110% of my planned diet every day

    I have been very irratable latly also

    March 2nd,

    When I worked out last night I was getting unbelievable pumps.
    They felt crazy but hindered me from lifting heavier and heavier as they started to get painful in my chest.

    Woke up this morning and my joints are aching. Left shoulder and left knee esp.


    I wear my clothin gtight usually and it is getting harder each day to find shirts that still fit. I have already torn 2 dress shirts while at work in the past week....

    I was bored and never did a quad injection

    So I loaded up a 30g 1/2 Slin needle and did my quad


    It was a slow injection, but it was overall it went very well esp. since there was no prop left since the plunger pushes it all out.


    My QUESTION:
    is 1/2 inch too short for prop injections to the quad?

    March 3rd:
    I am still 183 and I do not feel like the prop has kicked in yet. tomorrow is my last day of dbol and Im probly going to lose some water weight.

    I am getting great pumps in the gym but strength isn;t increasing as much as it did on my prev. cycle.

    March 6th:
    185 lbs
    The 4th was my last day of dbol. When I didnt take it on the 5th I had a lingering head ache all afternoon. Its all good now though.

    Starting to fill in nicely now. I am only pinning my quads and delts from now on also.

    I also bought a 3L jug of water and have been putting 2 scoops of XTEND every morning and drinking it troughout the day.

    My left knee is still so F'd up and I dont even know where I hurt It. I may have to skip legs this week coming up.

    March 8th:
    185 lbs

    Cheated huge on the 7th and ate tons and tons of garbage food. Lots of sodium. Not a word of a lie. I looked like the good year man. The sodium got right into my blood and my entire body blew up. My face was round, looked like I had GH Gut...

    Today im fine though, woke up great, put diet back onto course.

    Started taking some Ephedrine and caffine pills, Im getting a little fat.
    Worked out today. Got some solid pumps, chest was double the size at the end of my work out.

    Feeling Good- Most important thing to note.
    (left knee still injuired though, will continue to ice it)

    your cycling at 173lbs? cmon man.

    the dbol was a waste, no need for it with prop.

    keep your diet clean too

    whats the strength gains like? the test shuda kicked in a week or to

    I said my starting weight was 173 lbs. No need to ask again.

    Strength Gains are roughly 10% on everything but legs.
    Legs have increased 20% + in strength.

    I think it honestly took 21-25 days before I really felt the test.
    I thought I would feel it right away as well, but I didnt.

    I have actually chopped off around 2% BF so the decrease in weight is most likly an increase in lean muscle.

    Something weird: Its been just over 30 days and my balls havent really shrunk that much. I dont know how to take this. I had HCG but I see no use to take it.

    Is it bad that my balls have not shrunk. When I did a cycle of Sus my balls shrunk.
    (I know it doesnt appear like I have done a cycle before. It was before I came to this forum and was done completly wrong. Enough said. Stupid people out there you trust and then find out later they were complete morons)

    I'm confused.

    Are you on cycle now? Are you off cycle?

    If your using Test Prop for 10 weeks, you'de be wise to use HCG at some point.

    Im 31 days into a ten week cycle,
    I have the hcg on hand.

    I was going to use it after reading more about how good it was with testicular athrapy.
    My balls havent shurnk that much so I thinking not to use it and save it.

    BCAA
    Multi Vitamin
    Vitamin C
    Flax Oil
    Fish Oil
    Digestive enzymes
    Liv 52 (almost done bottle, wont continue after its gone)

    Anyone know why my joints are so f'd up?
    (Deca would have been nice about now)

    any suggestions?

    hey mate dont mean to be rude i was doing 50mg of test prop ed 1ml@100mg then bumped it up to 75mg ed no dbol and i put on a 2.2pound every 2 weeks. basically i felt it straight away did u check your gear to see if it was legit or not ?

    and that was with a shit diet?

    prop should have been kicking within first 2 weeks....

    good thing u up ur dose, sounds like it is really underdosed...

    why use slin pins on the quad?

    On Barbell Flat Bench I finally cracked through a plateau of mine.
    I could not make the jump from 100lbs weights to 110lbs and last night I busted out a set of 8 reps with 2 assisted.

    I am almost positive that I am going to run it a bit longer then 10 weeks.
    I grabbed 2 more bottles of prop. (have 36 shots left now)
    When they run out.
    My cycle will be complete.

    For the joints, purchase Glucosamine and Chondroitin. They are over-the-counter and available at any supplement store. Animal Pak makes an intensive version that, I believe, is called Joint Fuel. The basic supplements will work fine, though, and are often combined and packaged together. Hop on this, right away, and up your water intake. Good luck.

    It's called Animal Flex....i'm taking that right now, best joint product out there, hands down. It has Glucosamine , Chondrotin, MSM, Flax, among other things, It comes with 44 packs, you take one a day.

    Between that, fish oil, and lots of water, you should be fine.

    Was taking Glucosamine for a few days,
    For some reason when I upped my dose the dryness just kinda faded away.
    Im sure its not related to me upping my dose, it was probly something I was eating.

    April 3rd,
    Have not weighed myself since March 23rd.

    I added .25 adex EOD, Had slight irratation in my nipples but it has gone away. I will continue with the Adex for about a week and then cut off.

    I will get some better updates soon. When I have time I will remeasure myself, weigh my self measure my BF and do a comparrison.

    Yeah even though you where on the light side you have good definition and good size/shape for that weight. If you can maintain that look at a heavier weight it would look really good.

    Growing up I was always the smallest kid in all my classes. I was never beat up or anything like that(and lead me to work out to beat everyone up that picked on me)

    Its been tough for me to get bigger. I know I was on the lighter side when I started but it was a personal decision that I made after thinking about it for a long time. I wanted to start a cycle when I was 18. But I did not.

    When I was 23 I broke up with my girlfriend and I thought that was the end for me. So i decided to do a cycle of sus to take my mind off everything and it worked, just my lack of knowledge made me do a shitty pct and I did not keep alot of my gains. Then I found this forum and I have been learning alot.

    Unfortunatly my BF has raised over the past few years, but I am determined to bulk up and then cut back down to SUB 10 BF%.
