Welcome to the best board around! How old are you? If you have only been training for a year a cycle is not in your future. Train heavy and tweek your diet.......

Welcome! learn as much as you can and tweak your diet and the muscle will come. In time you will know when you are ready to cycle.

You gotta eaaaaat man. I would recommend you work on building a bigger base before you think about running a cycle.

For starters, the first thing you should do is your very own physical assessment.
Most importantly, figure out your physique and fitness goals and then set a realistic time frame.
Take down your stats, figure out your body composition and then figure out your BMR.
Once you have that down you can construct a healthy meal plan for your self. Diet is 80% of your physique so you want to make sure you have your diet reflecting your goals.
Next - Create a detailed work out regimen. Figure out your 1RM for each exercise and depending on your goals, you can develop a regimen based on each exercises 1RM.
Get a multi-vitamin - I favor training peak. Some like it, some dont. A multi-vitamin will ensure that your body is getting the proper nutrients as far as vitamins and minerals go that you are not getting in your diet.
Whey protein is a good place to start with protein supplementation. It is a quickly absorbed protein with necessary amino acids to aid you in recovery for a workout.
Couple of key tips:
Stay away from alcohol, fast food places, and preservatives.
Make sure you are getting enough rest and good sleep.
If you have any more questions just ask.
